Being a born and raised Texan this Whataburger is highly disappointing. They couldn't change the chocolate syrup out on the shake machine. So very frustrating having dealt with this store. Plus the know it all lady crumpled and threw my receipt away. Plus the guy in front of me waited 15 minutes for a cup of coffee and my 2 large shakes took almost 20 minutes

Absolutely horrified by my visit to Whataburger at Walmart! I was already feeling iffy about the place, but when I saw RATS casually walking around the restaurant, I was disgusted. One was even near the condiment station, like it was just part of the scenery. How can a place like this even get away with something like this? It’s beyond unprofessional and downright unsafe. I couldn’t even finish my meal and immediately left. I don’t care how good their food might be; after seeing rats in a fast food joint, I’ll never step foot in this location again. DO NOT go here unless you want to risk getting sick. Totally unacceptable!

Been here a few times to get a milk shake. Everytime we come there machine is down.
I call bs. Just lazy employees who don't want to make them. Then you are boxed in by other cars and can't get out of line.

Went thru the drive thru, and after paying, I was asked to move forward to wait for my food. After about 10 minutes, a young lady with glasses brought my food and then proceeded to chastise me for not being right in front of the doors. On top of that I get home and my food is cold. I live maybe 3 blocks from this store. I have eaten here before with no issues, but I assumed since I had to wait that my food would be hot, so being chastised didn't bother till I realized my food was cold.. Never in my life would I think someone who is getting paid to do something would complain about having to walk 20 steps.. May not go back..
