It's Whataburger but this location is in Pace,FL . I don't know what it is but hell it might be but they're sweet tea always tastes nasty. Please practice making sweet tea!!

I come here all the time because, it's the only place open in milton after10 pm except waffle house. The line is usually wrapped around the building and sometimes down the side road they hardly ever open the second lane, and everyone working their seems to not know what's going on I like waterburger, but if I wanted to wait 30 min for food I would choose a different location this supposed to be fast food get it togetjer guys !

We have eaten at whataburger when in the area while traveling. This particular franchise was the worst we have seen. The manager was disengaged. No quality control. How are you a hamburger joint and let them serve stale buns. I wish that I had taken a pic, but I forgot. Hard, cracked, and flakey, not appetizing. Tables filthy, floors filthy. Booth seat broken. Then to beat all they had an employee who while outside smoking was creepily staring at me and my family. Bad enough that it will be a while before I consider what whataburger in the future !
I recently visited the Whataburger location in town, and it was undoubtedly one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, things went downhill fast. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, with trash on the floor and tables left uncleared.
The highlight of this dreadful experience was an employee named Tanner. His attitude was nothing short of horrendous. He seemed completely uninterested in helping me, acted like answering questions about the menu was an enormous inconvenience, and displayed a level of rudeness that left me speechless. Instead of offering any sort of assistance, he rushed through my order as if he had better things to do, which clearly wasn't providing good service.
The food was just as disappointing. My burger was cold and appeared slapped together without any care—ingredients were missing, and the entire thing was a greasy mess. It seemed like Tanner had a hand in preparing it, given how poorly it was made. Even asking for it to be corrected was useless; Tanner just shrugged and offered no solution.
Overall, this experience was enough to ensure that I won't be returning to Whataburger anytime soon. It’s incredible how one employee’s lack of professionalism and courtesy can ruin an entire visit. Avoid this location unless you want to leave hungry and frustrated.

Spoke to MOD about Jordan's inappropriate behavior in the drive thru window. I received no receipt. He attempted to give me several orders, that weren't mine. Then when I went in to receive the rest of my order, that I didn't get, he was giggling and mocking me, like a child. The problem was not with the food, but with the terrible service and overall attitude from Jordan to the manager, who really couldn't have cared less. What a sorry excuse for a human being, all the way around.
