Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I stopped by today to pick up my order, which I placed online. I went during lunchtime, so I had to wait a few minutes for my order to be completed. However, I didn't mind the wait, because I saw the whole crew working hard, and hustling to serve customers. Sophia, in particular, stood out to me because she was helping the front counter, drive-thru, and also training a new employee, all at the same time! It's nice to see people take pride in their work, and people Sophia sets a great example! Thanks, and keep up the great work 👍🏽

I ordered a door dash and wanted to try it for the first time and order a chicken sandwich with other food. $60 dollars of my money to end up having a long hair through my whole sandwich and idk about yall but I’m sure u wouldn’t eat so that $11 dollar meal went down into the trash

I have had nothing but problems since I have been there the past couple of times. The food hasn’t been good our order is always wrong. Just won’t be going back there

How many times does it take to get a drank order correct? More than 3 , I asked twice for my frozen lemon aide that I paid almost 5 dollars for but instead go two kids lemon aide. And he forgot the sauce for my child's chicken.

We like Zaxby’s and this one is the closest but it is always dirty and nasty especially the drink area. The drink machine is always covered in drink splatter that’s been there for a long time. The lids and straws are often missing sizes and all messy. The counter is always sticky and gross. I think this location does well but I believe it will do better with some attention to detail especially in the name of cleanliness.

Twice in a month I ordered from this location and only after receiving my food was i told that they were out of ketchup. When I spend 15 dollars for lunch and I have to eat dry French fries it's completely unacceptable that the manager ordering dose not know how much they will need. The current manager should be fired because the same problem keeps happening. Most people only get one hour for lunch and after waiting in line and then waiting for the food i don't have time to go somewhere else. Not cool. I will definitely re think coming back to this location.I am updating this review because the following day after this review my business received a 1 star review from the employee named jeanette a retaliation to my bad review i gave them . I have had google confirm that she has never contacted mt business ever before via the internet , in fact google sent me a report showing that she googled my business directly after reading the bad review that i left . we will be taking legal actions with this location for Defamation of character. we have included a pic of the review and a pic of the person that left it so you will have no doubt. when people leave fake reviews it harms everyone and that is never acceptable.
