We like Zaxby’s and this one is the closest but it is always dirty and nasty especially the drink area. The drink machine is always covered in drink splatter that’s been there for a long time. The lids and straws are often missing sizes and all messy. The counter is always sticky and gross. I think this location does well but I believe it will do better with some attention to detail especially in the name of cleanliness.

Twice in a month I ordered from this location and only after receiving my food was i told that they were out of ketchup. When I spend 15 dollars for lunch and I have to eat dry French fries it's completely unacceptable that the manager ordering dose not know how much they will need. The current manager should be fired because the same problem keeps happening. Most people only get one hour for lunch and after waiting in line and then waiting for the food i don't have time to go somewhere else. Not cool. I will definitely re think coming back to this location.I am updating this review because the following day after this review my business received a 1 star review from the employee named jeanette a retaliation to my bad review i gave them . I have had google confirm that she has never contacted mt business ever before via the internet , in fact google sent me a report showing that she googled my business directly after reading the bad review that i left . we will be taking legal actions with this location for Defamation of character. we have included a pic of the review and a pic of the person that left it so you will have no doubt. when people leave fake reviews it harms everyone and that is never acceptable.

Did last minute drive through for dinner. I hate going at 20 minutes till close for the employees sake. They still put their hearts into it and it was Amazing.

The food was fresh and hot! Customer service was amazing. We had Walker, he was the sweetest. It’s refreshing to have good customer service in a drive thru now a days.
We got the Zax pack and it was more than enough for five people. The strawberry lemonade was AMAZING.

If you’re looking to get some wings, have crappy service and wait over 30 minutes while you sweat to death. This is the restaurant you should go to, The fact that a manager had to shout at the employees to do their job, had me baffled. There were numerous parties that came in after me that got their food first, I’m not really sure where they were lacking as when I left the drive-through line was completely empty. It was so hot, I would rather have stood outside than to have continued standing in that restaurant. They need to get their AC fixed and they need to get some new employees that are gonna do their job in a timely manner.

I love their fries but the portions are smaller and price is the same. They season heavily. Tbh been here 2-3x/month and had some snafu each time.

I was disappointed to find several (15 or more) pieces of slimy dead green lettuce in my Cobb salad .

OMG ! Paid almost $5.50 for a Strawberry Milkshake and went about 5 miles down the road and it tasted it, I can honestly say it was the worst MS I have had in 50 years! Just bland as hell no flavor at all. Also tasted almost sour.

At the window they told me my two packs of ranch were in the bottom of the bag, but when I looked in there to eat my food there wasn’t any ranch just zac sauce. This may seem like a little thing to some but for me I NEED ranch to go with my Zaxbys. I’m very picky and only like their ranch with their food. I’m very disappointed because I already had a very bad day and was looking forward to my dinner!
