Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Awful, slow service. Food was cold and terrible. Definitely not enough people working. The ones working were clearly incompetent. Don’t know why we come back. This was definitely the last time.

Terrible service asked for Buffalo sauce on my wings and the girl said Buffalo garlic i said no Buffalo which isn't hard to figure out but instead of asking someone who knows which sauce is Buffalo she continues to act like I'm the one who don't know what I'm talking about Terrible service will not be back

Every third order or so we are shorted at least one entrée at this location. I just had to call in and let them know we are missing an entire meal and they just tell you they will “write it down” and you tell them you’re missing something and they will fulfill it “that day or the next day”, instead of giving you a refund for the food you never received. The food is really good, but I am really tired of this nonsense. It happens too often and seems to be deliberate.

Don’t typically write reviews, but it was a normal day going through the drive thru to order food. I had a rewards discount that I wanted to applied. I got to the window and mentioned it. She (Riley) proceeded to scan my barcode, but came back with half the food, with an attitude..I asked if she applied my reward, she responded, “I can’t do anything about it now..” with a stale face and shut the window. I then go in the store and ordered the rest of my food and made sure to mention Riley had an attitude for whatever reason. Anywho, Riley if you’re reading this, thank you for your service, but if you don’t like your job, please leave. Your attitude got much better as you seen me enter the store. You never know what someone is going through. A bit more compassion can go along way whether you’re having a bad day or not. Luckily I’m a very pleasant person who doesn’t result to nasty and ignorant behavior. Please don’t run into the wrong person one day. Be mindful, take care.

They are usually very quick to get orders out, however we always end up missing something by the time it gets home. Verify if you order extra sauce before you leave the parking lot, even if you have to open all the to-go boxes. Also make sure if you order cookies they're in there somewhere too.

I was harassed and assaulted at the store, from an employee attempting to snatch something out of my hand to boxes being thrown at me. Have contacted HR and received no word so now I'm talking to a lawyer. I'll be surprised if this establishment stays open.

alright so two years ago this place was a nightmare and i hated it so much but something has changed, idk what but its great!!! the team is so friendly and helpful and the food is solid!!! (need to season the fries a lil better but thats life)

Stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes was never acknowledged didn't even look at me, finally I just left. You can only give a one star I would give it zero if possible, just blows my mind I've never been to a restaurant and not even get acknowledged. I understand if you are busy but to not even look or say something to a customer mind blown and I look like there was plenty of people on staff the two getting food for drive-thru we're joking and talking

The service was quick and friendly. I had the grilled chicken salad and it was excellent. The only reason I gave them a four on atmosphere is that you have to hunt for your silverware/plasticware and napkins and the booth table was a little sticky. Otherwise it was a perfectly pleasant experience. I was there on a “date” with my 14 year old grandson and he enjoyed his food too - chicken fingers. I definitely recommend this place.

Food was a bit more expensive than the usual fast food options, and it was well worth it! It's a great, quick option that has real Chicken ? instead of the bits and pieces. We had a quick and easy meal for 2 and plan on returning to try other options.

I typically live Zaxby’s but SOOO often now, I get my food and absolutely NONE of the sauces I ordered are included in my order. This happens a lot of other places too but it is unreal that it is EVERY time just about at any Zaxby’s! If you are gonna charge for sauces, you BETTER make sure they are included or you are scamming people!!!
