Came in after visiting the state park and eating at Angel's diner. Beer is really great. The prosecco goes flat really quick and the bartender told my wife and her sister it was fizzy when she poured it. We did not argue about it as we just wanted to have a good day out. Again, the beer is great.
This Detroit-style pizza was a pleasant surprise. While it’s deep dish, it doesn’t eat like one—light yet satisfying. The crispy burnt cheese around the edges adds a great texture, and the sauce, placed on top, is sweet and marinara-like. The stretchy cheese was a highlight, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. Overall, a delicious, well-balanced pizza.
A great brewery! Staff has always been great, but today we got to meet a really cool guy named Tyler. Super personable and an all around great guy. Today he had a guest upset because she thought he short poured her wine. She asked him to add more wine to her glass. He explained it was a 5 oz pour and actually showed her the glass they use to measure the pour. She went on to name drop that she knew the owner yada yada yada.
