I love Beef O Brady's palatka Florida. The food is awesome to friendly family place. The waitresses are all have great attitudes. We love bingo nights on Friday and also karaoke nights on Saturday and the general manager. Amelia is awesome. She is so nice.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received at your Palatka, Florida location on May 18th, 2025.
My wife and I brought my mother out for lunch as a special treat. We arrived around 1:15 p.m. and were told by a waitress to seat ourselves. We did so, but after sitting for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, not a single staff member approached us. No one offered menus, drinks, or even acknowledged we were there.
The restaurant was very quiet, with only two other tables being served, so there was no apparent reason for the neglect. What made the situation worse was that shortly before we decided to leave, another couple came in and were promptly greeted, given menus, and had their order taken within minutes. That was the final straw for us.
As a proud Jew, I can’t help but feel that our being ignored may have been influenced by bias. While I hope this wasn’t the case, the stark difference in how we were treated compared to others raises serious concern.
This experience turned what was meant to be a nice outing with my family into something deeply frustrating and disappointing. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent future guests from being treated the same way.

Sarah our server was Amazing! Super attentive, big smiles and a go get em attitude! Waterfront location with amazing views, we ordered wings onion rings and a bucket of beers. We will be back for sure!! You can even arrive by boat- we’re doin that next time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I heard about the Philly Cheesesteak Thursday from an ad on their ad televisions and the picture was worth a thousand words. There was so much meat, I wondered if I was going to need a fork. So delicious!
Also, kudos to the manager, Amelia and the server, Michelle, for the cleanliness of the restaurant. I really appreciated finding the ketchup had no high fructose corn syrup. I will definitely be coming back.

Good food and great atmosphere right on the river. There were 6 of us and we had wings, the Philly, a reuben, chicken nachos, mini corn dogs, crispy chicken mashed, and it was all great.

Celebrating an 85th bday party 🥳. They had a taco bar, and the staff kept everything filled up. Everything was tasty. The party room was nice for the venue.

Awesome place to eat and get some drinks ! Ashley one of the managers is the sweetest and is so great she takes care of us every time we come in and makes sure our experience is always perfect. The servers have all been very polite and on point if you need something they all pitch in to help one another from what I’ve seen It’s one of our favorite spots to go definitely has become a staple! I recommend giving them a try.
The customer service was spot on. I had the surf and turf it was awesome, my wife enjoyed a salad fresh and pleasant. The manager came to our table to ask was everything good had nothing to say negative. I recommend this place 10/10

When TJ sold and out of towners bought the place I stopped going because all aspects went down hill. It just was not the friendly place to go. I went back for the first time last week. To be short, I will not be back. Nothing has changed.

We grabbed dinner here on the way back to the hotel and were pleasantly surprised! The food was quick and tasty, be staff was friendly and made sure we had everything needed to dine back in our room.
