(March 26, 2025) Okay I wanted so much to give this one five stars because the crew are friendly here, they have their own traffic light for an easy left turn, and it’s some of the very FEW remaining Burger Kings that have background music (most are totally mute silent!), and they’ve always had a working shake machine and working hassle-free WiFi.
Now here’s the one problem. The inconsistency of the food product. I’ll use just the Whopper for example. I’ve had the total of six from this location over the past few months, and four of them had their incredible seasoning on the meat patties…….. and the most recent two did NOT! Just plain old hamburg. A big disappointment :-( At other times their chicken products have been sitting too long, and I was served dry stringy overheld chicken, so I’ve come to lose my trust for them when it comes to getting quality food. I’m sure there’s a company standard they’re supposed to be following to assure quality, and sadly they’re not following it and are “cutting corners” to the disappointment of the customer.

This location for some reason does not offer Whopper Wednesday even though it is offered through the app for their store specifically. Also the ice cream machine hasn't worked in 6 months

I don’t get to eat out much because I have 4 very small children. Came thru here and they even asked me what my order entailed, and STILL forgot the only thing I ordered- a 12 pc mozzarella fry. When I got home I tried to call and call and call to remedy the situation and they would pick up the phone and immediately hang up. Absolutely horrid business practices and the chain needs to fire their lazy half ass employees that truly don’t care and actually are harming the business.

Not busy at all. Yes, i went inside, ordered plain egg &cheese biscuit, hash browns & coffee. Order is repeated back twice. get a half mile down the road, egg & cheese biscuit is piled with bacon, hash browns are stone cold and coffee is P. warm... Seriously, way to turn a Friday into a Monday! Take some pride, and just do better!!

We ate at the Burger King on East Palatka between Ferry Rd and 17 Sunday Jan 27th. Couldn't find where to review them so here it is. The Western Whopper hit it out the park. The 15 minutes we waited... (To be fair EVERYONE was waiting)was worth it and if the employees working weren't so slow and the female employee sitting at the table by the door had a better attitude it would have been 5 stars all the way

I asked for a freshly cooked burger, but; what I got was a burger that was reheated to make .me think it was fresh. Consequently, the burger was as dry as "The Mohave Desert".

I've had a lot of troubles even with visitors but the food is good.
There is a smell coming from the kitchen area. It smells like plastic. I noticed today the fries and the whoppers have this plastic smell as well. I love this restaurant and have many memories of eating there with my dad, so I hope management will find the source of this odor.

Bad as usual So against my better judgement I would give them a second try . Update: 10/3/24 got a chicken sandwich should take. Pictures but I threw it to my dog . Horrible how can these people look at something like that and send it out . everyone who had there hands on this sandwich should be fired .YOU SUCK at your job . Almost $10 for food not even safe for human.
