I had a great experience thanks to a cashier ( Paige) helped me out when my card declined and payed through cash app . In my book she saved the day for me and my son . Food is always decent and people are respectful and nice.

I don't often come here. This is the worst that's ever been! My shrimp and fish had a smell and taste to it that didn't taste right!! My fries and my hush puppies were burnt!! Everything was totally disgusting. What I let down. Not impressed if I can give you a zero star I would!!! Very unhappy with this and with you!!

We tried Captain D's for the very first time today. The food was very good and the portions were very filling for the price! The order was perfect and we were completely satisfied with the whole experience!
We moved to the area 4 years ago and Captain D's in Palatka is our go to place! Food is always excellent, service also. The restaurant is spotless and the manager is so warm and welcoming. We've never had a problem with anything and we've tried several different menu options. Love love Captain D's!
