We tried Captain D's for the very first time today. The food was very good and the portions were very filling for the price! The order was perfect and we were completely satisfied with the whole experience!

We moved to the area 4 years ago and Captain D's in Palatka is our go to place! Food is always excellent, service also. The restaurant is spotless and the manager is so warm and welcoming. We've never had a problem with anything and we've tried several different menu options. Love love Captain D's!

Amelia was a delight! Smiling, friendly and efficient! Super clean location, looks like it was recently updated. Traveling and our city no longer has a Captain Ds and this was a welcome treat. Hours were wrong and we almost drove past it at 8pm. Dining room open until 9pm and drive thru till 10pm! Nice!
Usually our food from the Palatka Cap'n D's is really good , but the last 2 times we have gotten food, the quality has went down tremendously! I hate it because this was one of the few places we get take out from in Palatka. I could always count on it being good and a good value, but not so much anymore!

Sad the price went up. We used to eat here weekly. We had 2 - 2 pc batter dipped meals, each had 2 sides 1 of ea was an upgrade, with hush puppies and a drink (1 ea.) It was just under $26. $13 ea before tip. Ok for now days I guess. Gonna have to only go out to eat for special occasions, no matter how tired we are. It sounds average, I'm just more broke than I thought I was.
