The food was good but the staff was AWFUL. First time coming here and wanted to try something different. I had a couple questions and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They were being rude and rushing me the whole order. Doubt if I’ll ever be back. Disappointing.

Manager disrespectful slammed the window in my face committed assault disrespectful towards customers does not know how to run a business horrible experience did not appreciate anything that place has to offer the manager has no communication skills no skills and being a manager no skills whatsoever and he needs to be fired do not ever go to this restaurant I recommend you don't unless you want to get a window slammed in your face because he did that to me and my husband it's a very horrible horrible place to eat at horrible people horrible customer service skills this manager deserves to be fired and put behind bars he almost hit me with the door on that window pickup window very horrible experience I do not recommend you ever go to that place again

Drive thru full of customers and the manager and employees standing outside. Smoking, vaping, and smoke weed. Food is good but employees are lacking. 10 minutes for mozzarella sticks, then they put a whole jar of mayonnaise on my burger wtf. No more for me.

Food is ofc not the best, but it’s works, but I went over it with the lady 3 times NO CHEESE!! And they still put cheese in lactose so it messes me up, and I was in a hurry so I just took it and left just aggravating

Wonderful experience today my order was minorly wrong twice and they redid it twice. They treated me very well, and even gave me free ice cream and let me keep the wrong one for my dad.
I simply love checkers... there may be a wait... and that is because your food is being made fresh! I go at least (3)x's a wk... the mozzarella sticks are DELICIOUS! They open at 10 a.m.... go check them out....

We went there because we were tired of Burger King, McDonald's and Wendy's, dried out burgers, & barely warm french fries. You know that tired old crap that's sitting up in the warming tray for longer than it should be!
:( So we went here, It's new. Only been open a month. Maybe they're going to do something better? The manager was working on the sign. We asked him if everything was MADE FRESH. He said yes, THAT'S A LIE. Ordered a cheeseburger which was worse than an old drive-in burger. Barely warm, nasty burger. Just disgusting and an order of their fries, which were semi-warm. We will NEVER RETURN to CHECKERS again, 2 THUMBS DOWN!!! BUYER BEWARE, a 2.9 rating. There's a reason it's that low :(
