This is the worst Chili’s I have ever tried . We arrive before 12:30 for lunch at 1:20 I asked for a manager. No food ever came out other than chips n salsa the cheese dip came later. Had an appointment at 2:00 pm so therefore we had to leave . The manager was so gracious and said I’m sorry about that as he and his employees spent most of the time in the kitchen. I can see how this place will not stay in businesses with such poor work ethic and poor customer relations.
What’s a great time with family friendly waitress, great service, and great food.

The menu has many options at competitive prices, including delicious soups. The new Smash Burger had average meat flavor and a soft bun, though the presentation was excellent. The condiments were fine, and tasty French fries complemented the meal. The restaurant was clean and had a cool ambiance. Triple Dippers are always a shareable treat, and the little mini slider cheeseburgers received praise. Although it is not fine dining, it is a good choice for standard bar fare with decent drink prices. Overall, food was served in a timely manner, and the staff, including manager Jim, were friendly and professional.
