This is the worst Chili’s I have ever tried . We arrive before 12:30 for lunch at 1:20 I asked for a manager. No food ever came out other than chips n salsa the cheese dip came later. Had an appointment at 2:00 pm so therefore we had to leave . The manager was so gracious and said I’m sorry about that as he and his employees spent most of the time in the kitchen. I can see how this place will not stay in businesses with such poor work ethic and poor customer relations.

Minutes after arrival, we walked out because the "club" music was BLASTING so loud that we couldn't hear one another at the same table or order food. Which I suppose is fine if you go to a sit-down restaurant for club music .

Chili's has always been a restaurant with consistent quality. This one, however, seems to be deteriorating in its standards. I ordered the sirloin steak, which was tough and dry. They were out of the broccoli and substituted some sort of hard and tasteless green beans. The loaded potatoes were the only portion of the meal with any quality.

I love this place. My favorite are the spring rolls and the little mini slider cheeseburgers. To go always takes good care of me. Jim manager was very nice and professional. Bartenders everyone smiling greeting me smiling very nice!
I hate leaving bad reviews but man this place was gross and it made us sick. The food was cold and they poured salt on it. We sent the appetizer back and didn't want a replacement because it was so gross, the service was horrible and there wasn't that many people there so it shouldn't have been. Just a terrible experience.

The food was mediocre at best. Service was pretty good, our waitress Jessie was friendly and attentive. I recommend you don't order steak from here. The cooks seem to struggle with it. My daughter ordered a steak cooked medium, and it was so overcooked it was hard to cut into. We asked if she could have a new steak and after waiting forever it came back almost blue rare. Clearly not medium. The waitress offered to have it fixed, but by this time, we didn't want to wait longer so we just took the steak home to finish cooking ourselves. No manager ever came to check on us or to apologize for the twice incorrectly cooked steak. My burger was ok. Kind of dry, but at least it was cooked. Overall don't recommend this Chili's
