Waited over an hr and a half to get a chicken bowl for myself and a pasta for my fiancé it came out cold our waitress was too busy talking to other tables people who came after us and had same waitress got their food before us as the waitress was talking with them and was too busy with them to even check on our food and when she finally asked if we needed anything and I said yeah our food she said oh it’s probably the pasta taking long to make she went to check on it then came right out with it . Chillis has gone downhill they don’t care about how Their customers are treated or how long they have to wait

Took take out tonight with wingsThe worst mistake ever spent 82$ and half my order only in the bag, then the waitress or door girl was so high she could understand what was missing from my order after repeating myself 7 times. Never again ! And to only get a sorry. Meanwhile I travel 20 minutes back home with half my food being cold cause it took them 30 more minutes to get my only half of my food ?

I'm thinking this was lab grown chicken . It was off both taste and texture .The restaurant had a smell to it I often relate to a dirty fast food type place .The beer was good , not go enough to go back. Sorry Chili's, but that was the last time I will Grace my presence in any of your establishments .

From the moment we walked through the door till we left everyone who worked there was pleasant and attentive. Our waitress always had a smile on her face. We will no longer be going to the Chili's in St Augustine. Where you can barely get service let alone a smile.
Did not expect such great service and excellent meals from a city like this. Chilli's,in my opinion,has always kept a good standard in the type of service and meals they put on display in the bigger cities. This experience floored me. This restaurant will continue to get my respect and
