Close this place down. They cant ever seem to get a door dash order right. They forget something almost everytime I oder from here. There's always an attitude when you call and correct it. Close this one down. Its said people cant read a receipt correctly anymore.

Found a napkin in the coffee I just ordered. Thank goodness I took the lid off. I hate to think this was intentional but really how could you miss a napkin in a cup of coffee while pouring it.

Over 20 minutes in drive thru to get a hot coffee with cream and sugar. Ended up with almost hot coffee with cream and NO sugar.
This Dunkin’ location seems to get worse every time I visit. This is the closest one to my home but I’d rather drive the distance to East Palatka location because the service is better and they actually have product!

Donut was fresh but my coffee didn't taste right. Stopped in again today. I'm glad the young lady had her hair in a braid but it was in front of her shoulder and hanging into our box as she put donuts in. Yuck.
Tried this location again against my better judgment. Wanted 2 donuts. They had none. Unreal.
