If the subs were not amazing, I would never eat at this place, a drive through order should not take 30 minutes, and their app is NEVER working, the employees are always friendly and polite, but seem to not be able to actually get you the food in a timely manner. Since this has been the case here since it opened I'm going to go out on a limb and not blame the employees. It seems to be a management issue.

I've ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich a few times and always enjoy it but the last time it was poorly made and I did not say anything, this time it's again poorly made and I'm sorry but when I pay 16 bucks for a sandwich, plus a tip, the service should have at least some effort! The store was out of gravy which I said was fine not gonna complain I understand things happen. But then when I got home and opened it, this is pathetic at best. Almost no cranberry sauce, 5 little bitty pieces of turkey. Very little! Stuffing making up most of the sandwich and yall couldn't even be bothered to put it on the entire sandwich? So I basically paid 20 bucks for a piece of bread with stuffing on it. 2nd time in a row my sandwich had been poorly made. If you’re unhappy at your job quit! But don't screw with people's food that they spend their hard earned money on in your restaurant. Why do you have a poster of this sandwich on the wall behind the registers with layers of turkey and stuffing and sauce with a side of gravy, if you can’t be bothered to make it that way? I’ve wasted my money here twice now, there won’t be a 3rd time.
