I had eaten with Chef Tyrone on his food truck a couple of times; I was excited when I found out they had opened a restaurant. Hand lunch there today; quite possibly the BEST fried catfish I've ever had. Everything was great: the mac n cheese, as well as the yams. I'll definitely be back again. Thank you Chef for a wonderful lunch.
I had the 2 meats and 2 sides (I like to eat lol). The catfish was good and it had flavor...It didn't need the sauce it came with ...it was that good. The jerky chicken was excellent. The plantains were good. Mac n Cheese .....Loved it. I will be back to try the oxtails. They're only served on certain days. In my opinion the food was good. I don't think any place close by can touch their catfish. I didn't get any dessert (definitely next time). I'd try...
