I go there at least 3x a week the service is fast and the hospitality is amazing its definitely worth the drive and every penny spent.. come and experience it for yourself

The WORST meal I have experienced in this type of casual restaurant. I ordered a Grey Goose martini. I received "well" vodka. The wings appetizer was flabby, pallid, and tasteless. The steak fajitas were bone-dry and well past over-done. I had a bit of rice and beans for dinner. I took the steak for my dog. After a few sniffs, even he turned his head. The restaurant was empty. If this is representative of the chef's product, it is understandable. Never again!

Just wings used to have the best boneless wings in Palatka and now they look like plan chicken nuggets covered in sauce idk what yall did but yall ruined the boneless

The server Chris H was a horrible server. We arrived about 8:30 pm. I was visiting my son, daughter in-law and grandson so this was about 50 away minutes away. We ordered drinks first and never ending salsa and chips. He gave us about 5 minutes then we ordered. We finished the salsa and chips then waited at least 20 minutes for our order to arrive. When our meals came 3 of us had major issues with the orders. My steak, potatoes, and broccoli were all cold. My daughter in- laws meal was completely wrong. She ordered no cheese on her bean burger and fries. She received the burger with cheese, and broccoli with cheese instead. My grandson ordered a kids pizza with a side of fries. He did not get his fries. I was thoroughly upset with this all. I sent mine back and told the server to take it off the bill and sat there with nothing to eat. My daughter in-law reordered and had to wait all over again for her meal to come. We re-ordered my grandsons fries and just took them home. The employee Chris was busy chatting for quite a while with the booth across from us where a fireman and his family were dining, and did not offer us more salsa and chips which were suppose to be never ending. This was an embarrassment for me and my family that ruined our time together. I would recommend eating anywhere in Palatka Florida EXCEPT Chili’s Grill and Bar.

Edit update: When the food arrived there were no fries in any box. Just the wings. So I paid $92 for a few wings. When I call the store they say you have to contact Its Just Wings. When you call Its Just Wings they connect you to the Palatka Chilis. So it's a run around and there's no way to receive a refund. The man I spoke to on the phone and he signed my receipt was Nate. You're welcome Nate, you ran off with almost $100. Wonder how many orders per day you do this too?Beware of online ordering surcharges. We ordered and our bill came to $60, plus tip which came to $72. Yet they charged our debit card $92. Luckily we had it to cover it, but nowhere on the receipt does it explain where this extra $20 came from or went too. This is bad business practice. I don't mind paying extra for online orders if the restaurant is upfront about it and truthful. Even our favorite Chinese takeout in town highlights your surchage. Its 2022 Chilis! Wake up.

Ordered Hawaiian teriyaki wings and fry combo. The fries were hard and cold like they sat out for at least 4 hours the wing sauce taste marvelous so that's why I at least gave it to but the chicken quality was horrible the flats were okay the drum part of the wing was very very tough chicken was very hard. My first experience was a very bad experience.

I’m honestly shocked at the low rated reviews. This is our favorite place for wings in Palatka. For the price, the portions are huge and the wings are always plump and fresh. They also have delicious flavors! Highly recommend this place!

It's not ever a good experience ordering from here via DoorDash. I really want to like this place. They have a good variety of wings. Unfortunately every single time I order it's either burnt badly (like I have to pick off pieces of charcoal), or in this case very raw. This particular order included the wrong drink.

I Took my wife to lunch we both have the special the bill came out to $26 when they ran my card the amount showed $76 when asked to talk to the manager he said he handled it on my bank account the next morning showed the $76 pending and another charge of $176 pending they were rude slow and the food made my wife and I both use the bathroom more than we should had too.

We walked in to Chili’s in Palatka, Fl. No one was in front of us or waiting. We were asked to get on a waitlist (15-20 minutes) because their frier was down. We asked to be seated (we wanted a drink while we waited) and the hostess said no, we had to wait. Directly behind us was a group of three and she said the same thing but they said they wanted a drink while waiting so she called the back to see if she could seat them and this was granted. We were waiting and should have been seated first. I was so disappointed and upset that I canceled my seating and went outside and called the manager and complained. I met him at the front and he said he had no orders not to seat & that it must have been a misunderstanding. I told him that there was no misunderstanding because we sat there waiting in full view of the hostess and heard everything. I am canceling my Chili’s app And will not be back. With Restaurant’s needing to operate and get out of the red after Covid, I’d think they would take the customer service seriously. But, the answer is just down the street SALSAS COCINA Restaurant, Palatka Fl. I give them a 5+ on service and food. Please give them a try don’t bother with Chili’s.
