Went there to buy some chicken how to use the kiosk no one to help you when was asked when we ordered original recipe if we would take part of our order in extra crispy so he said yes still had to wait over 25 minutes for our food but they kept handing food out the drive-thru so we don't understand why we bothered to even go in and someone waited on you at the window where they wouldn't wait on you inside we thought when you went to a fast food chicken restaurant that they would have chicken available right away didn't get we're sorry for the wait or anything very poor customer service would not recommend going here

I went to order dinner, paid for my food at the computer register, stood and waited for 10 minutes and someone finally came from the back and asked if I ordered so and so I said yes, the lady proceeded to say it gonna be a 30 minutes on original chicken!! So of course I was upset and asked for my money back, because there is no reason to stand and wait 30 more minutes after I have paid and stood and waited for 10 minutes for a 4 piece chicken dinner!! This place is always out of chicken every time Ive been to this location!!! For slow, no customer service and always a 30 minute to an hour wait for food.. I advise no one to go there if you don’t have more than 2 hours to wait for service or food!!!!!

My family and I went there on July 14th and ordered three-piece white meal times three. a total of three dinners with white meat. we were told at 4:45 they were out of white meat and to come back in 45 minutes. I've never heard such a thing when it takes 18 minutes to drop a round of chicken. I used to manage a Kentucky fried Chicken. I've never had. none of my employees say such a thing. 45 minutes it takes 18 minutes. on top of that she puts out dog me in all three of the dinners so we checked them and I told her ma'am these are not white meat. she's like oh come back in 45 minutes. give me the chicken back. I don't know how to get hold of corporate number but if somebody has it please let me know. it needs to be reported especially right at almost 5:00. no chicken. unreal. I have my receipt. please let me know corporate number

So, as opposed to potatoes and gravy, I received a bowl of gravy. I tried to call 12 times last night and several times today so far. No one answered 😕. When it finally goes to VM I got a message telling me to enter my code or something. Very Poor Management. Never go back and have showed several people my bowl of gravy. Very sad.

This place is a NIGHTMARE, The manager needs to be replaced because whoever they are they are completely incompetent ☹️👎 we arrived there yesterday after 11:00 a.m. which is when they're supposed to open. they weren't open and we were told that the manager was out trying to buy chicken somewhere because they were out. how do you manage Kentucky fried Chicken? and you don't know before the opening of July 4th that you're out of chicken. it's ridiculous!!! we are physically disabled so getting to our car is quite a chore than driving across town. we had placed the order online, paid for everything with our credit card and the joke of jokes was as we called Kentucky fried Chicken corporate. they really seemed indifferent and didn't give a damn ☹️👎☹️👎☹️👎

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by the horrible customer service I received at this KFC location. What should have been a simple transaction turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful encounter—due entirely to the store manager’s rude and unprofessional behavior.
From the moment I walked in, the energy was cold and dismissive. I was met with an attitude that bordered on outright hostility, and when I calmly attempted to clarify an issue with my order, the manager responded with sarcasm, eye-rolling, and a complete lack of basic courtesy. Instead of offering any form of helpful service, they escalated the situation with tone and attitude that was completely inappropriate for someone in a leadership role.
It is appalling that someone so lacking in people skills and professionalism is tasked with representing a national brand like KFC. Everyone has bad days, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect—especially not from the person supposed to set the standard for the rest of the staff.
KFC, do better. Your customers deserve respect, clear communication, and basic human decency—not to be treated like a burden for simply expecting their order to be correct.
I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing this experience with others to save them from similar mistreatment.
