We stood in line for 10 minutes and no one came to get order. There were 4 cars in the drive thru and 4 families in store all waiting for orders. No employee's seemed to care or hurry to serve people. We left without food as did two other people. No employee even acknowledged us.

The last 2 times I've been here I've stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged while the workers just walked back and forth talking to each other . Once I finally ordered i waited another 15 minutes for some Luke warm burgers . Employees definitely need to be re trained on their jobs and especially on customer service .
This was an amazing experience! The workers were friendly and funny and made our food faster then any other location I have ever been to! I love these Lil burgers!

This isn’t actually about the food. It’s about the EV charger and HUDSON who was on shift yesterday and was super helpful. The FPL hose wouldn’t come off of my adapter after I couldn’t get the supercharger to work. After 15 mins of struggling I went inside and Hudson greeted me immediately, listened to my problem and immediately came out to offer assistance. (Thank goodness it was during a slow time for them.) He helped me disconnect it after quite the struggle too, and sent me on my way. He was so incredibly kind and helpful! This is great customer service and I’ll be back to eat for just that reason!
