This isn’t actually about the food. It’s about the EV charger and HUDSON who was on shift yesterday and was super helpful. The FPL hose wouldn’t come off of my adapter after I couldn’t get the supercharger to work. After 15 mins of struggling I went inside and Hudson greeted me immediately, listened to my problem and immediately came out to offer assistance. (Thank goodness it was during a slow time for them.) He helped me disconnect it after quite the struggle too, and sent me on my way. He was so incredibly kind and helpful! This is great customer service and I’ll be back to eat for just that reason!

When she handed the bag of 6 Krystal burgers and large fry the door if the food smelled really bad. We were ready to throw it away. But I took off the bread that was soaked and ate the other half hoping I wouldn't get food poison. I'm ok. Just why did it smell so bad when we brought the bag inside our vehicle. Terrible smell. We were scared to eat . But we didn't get sick.
I've eaten crystals all my life. Ordered six cheese crystals yesterday. Both my sister and I noticed a horrible smell right away. It smelled like rotten onions were used. We couldn't eat them after driving a long way out of our way to go to this Crystal.

The trademark Krystal burgers looked unappetizing to say the least. Was a bit unfortunate as I had never been to a Krystal before. The staff however were wonderful, very engaging and friendly. They made it a pleasant visit.
