As I and 6 other people waited at the counter for 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to receive our food on a Saturday morning at 9:30. We will never be stopping at this McDonald's again!!!!

Worst service and food I’ve ever gotten. This would be a great place to put a real McDonald’s.Do yourself a favor and go to another place. Whoever owns this hopefully reads these reviews. Been going here since it opened but will never go back.

If i could, I'd give 0 stars on service. It took 25 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Usually the time of day I went is busy. It usually only takes roughly 10 minutes. The lady at the 2nd window was the hold up. I got up to the window......my food was cold. She wasn't expediting very well and should have been pulled.
I used to go here once a week, until today when pulling a trailer they wanted me to park when I explained why not they had attitude. Long story short I left without my food and will never go back.
It shouldn’t take me 49 minutes at a fast food restaurant to go through drive through with only 4 cars in front of me that’s actually insane and this might win the award for the slowest McDonald’s in the country because how is this possible

Came in at 8 pm to grab a burger, drink and frappe. The lobby had a bunch of people. It reeked of weed. The employees were too concerned with grabbing their Uber Eats to be worried about the people waiting for their food. A man came in who had been sitting in the curbside pick up for 45 minutes waiting on 2 happy meals and a drink. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Btw, more than 25 minutes and we still haven’t gotten our order.
