To much crust less toppings on pizza, most of the toppings are in the mid middle of the pizza, I want my pizza like the photo and not too much bread!!!

Placed a $50 order, came to pick it up and was not acknowledged at all. Mady, the manager, finally noticed me waiting and checked me out. Even though this was already a bad experience, I still tipped. I got home and 1/2 of the order was completely wrong. When I called I spoke with Mady again and she told me she has to see the mess up with her own eyes. When I questioned this and asked if she thought I was lying, she assured me that “every order was right and she had been watching her boys cook” . Imagine her surprise when the order was actually messed up lol. Then she has me bring my entire order up there to only refund me 1 pizza. I get on the phone with the “owner” named Harley? And she tells me she will refund the whole order, except she doesn’t and is telling mady on the phone to only refund 2 items. Every order I’ve ever received here has been wrong. This is the first time I complain and this is how I’m treated. Literally THE WORST customer service ever.

Sooo, where do I start. Tonight on 11/29/2024 I order TWO Tuscan cheese bread from this papa John’s on Reid st. The bottom of the pizza cheese bread was BURNT. The pie looks like it got thrown in there. One of the pies were missing cheese. My kids were so hungry they started digging in until I took it away bc I saw what it looked like. It was dried out. Absolutely disgusting. And I order papa John’s A LOT. I called the manager to discuss this politely and the girl working this night was like “ she made the pies so I either bring them back or deal with it “ . Now mind you, I live 25 MINs away and it’s 10:45pm at this point. I’m pissed. I had never thought papa John’s would allow this to happen. BEYOND ME. Eat there if you will.

Watched on papa track our pizza sit for 45 mins before someone picked it up to bring to us. When driver handed it to us the box was just a little warm. Called to complain and a rude little girl argued with me for 10 mins and then told me they will redo the pizza and deliver it when ever they could. We order all the time here because they are only 5 mins away. Usually the box is so hot you better be careful and the cheese so hot it will burn you. Tonight was a joke the pizza and that young lady’s attitude.

Messed up my delivery order. I called and made them aware. Their response was for me to bring the pizza back to them and they'd make me the pizza that I ordered. I paid a delivery fee and a generous tip just to do carryout anyway. Meanwhile my other pizza sat ony counter getting ice cold. If I ever spend any hard earned money at Papa Johns again, it will be carryout only....

When you spend 42 bucks on pizza, you expect really killer pizza!! Not sure if it's this location or if papa John's has REALLY gone downhill on their pizza, but there were almost no toppings, the crust just sucked, and I swear they forgot the sauce on one of the pies!! Cashier could NOT make change from a dollar! And I'm pretty sure it's bc he was high as giraffe balls!! Won't go back! Being nice with 2 stars!

Ordered papa John’s because “hey it’s papa John’s” figured it would be the same like the one by my home. Wrong! Undercooked and tasted terrible. I will never order from here again.
I ordered a large pizza and garlic parmesan bread sticks. The pizza I got was a medium in a large box and there was no season on the bread sticks. Will not be getting pizza from here again. I was so disappointed
