I got the blt with the smoked Mac and cheese. Hands down some of the best bbq I’ve had. The brisket was tender and juicy and the flavor was out of this world. I 100% recommend trying this place out. You won’t be disappointed

OUTSTANDING!! I’ve been to 49 of these 50 states and always partake in the local cuisine. Papa Ray’s is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. Hands down! I only wish I had discovered them earlier in my week in Palatka. If you live within 50 miles or just passing within 50 miles of these guys, GO! Even if you’re not hungry now, take it with. No matter what else you order, get the pit beans! OMG! Ken Ray and Tank are genuinely nice fellas, too.

We stopped in on a rainy Wednesday for lunch. Amazing service and amazing food! We had the Brisket and pulled pork with mac and cheese, beans, and slaw as sides. Everything was perfect. Will be back for sure.

Papa Rays BBQ catered a wedding at our venue. Hands down, delicious smoked bbq, excellent service as well! Menu consisted of brisket, pork and chicken, smoked green beans (first time I’ve had that, delicious) baked beans, Mac n chz (best I’ve ever had!)They brought samples of jalapeño cornbread, omg delicious as well!I’m just sad I didn’t get any pictures of the food!We will definitely recommend them in the future!Thanks guys, yall are the best!
