I got the blt with the smoked Mac and cheese. Hands down some of the best bbq I’ve had. The brisket was tender and juicy and the flavor was out of this world. I 100% recommend trying this place out. You won’t be disappointed
OUTSTANDING!! I’ve been to 49 of these 50 states and always partake in the local cuisine. Papa Ray’s is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. Hands down! I only wish I had discovered them earlier in my week in Palatka. If you live within 50 miles or just passing within 50 miles of these guys, GO! Even if you’re not hungry now, take it with. No matter what else you order, get the pit beans! OMG! Ken Ray and Tank are genuinely nice fellas, too.
