They have really gone down in service and food. Chicken seems to not be cooked long enough. The sides are smaller.

July and the ac is never on. This is crazy it 90 inside the restaurant

I would reconsider placing a mobile order at any popeyes. The locations do not operate during there posted hours. They close before there posted hrs. If you try to call any popeyes location there phones only ring once then disconnect. If you call there corporate office the text you a email link. Your not able to verbally spreak to anyone to convey your experience. If you do end up placing a mobile order and they take your money out immediately. You arrive on time 9pm to pick up your order and the location is closed but the sign and Google says 11pm good luck trying to get your money back. No accountability no concern for how the paying customers are treated. There web site states it's the customers responsibly to pick up there order. How is that possible when the store closes before there posted hrs. For all of the headache and hassle for over priced chicken is not worth it. Choose a place that will actually stick to there practices and policies.

Popeyes on 19 is 100% better than the one on 17.
The staff here works hard, makes sure the orders are correct and always gets people smiling.

To the lady who I'm presume was the manager there's a right way to handle customer service and a wrong way ,I get it busy more of the time having to deal with rude customers I work retail but come on now attitude up the wazo rolling your eyes and saying whatever when the window was still open . Bless your heart (side not the kid working the drive thru window thank you ,you were wonderful hopefully that manager treats you with respect.

The staff was very friendly considering they had to deal with an ice machine that wasn't working in the lobby and no air conditioning in the Florida heat. The food was great but we thought we was going to pass out it was so hot inside and the drinks were terrible with limited to no ice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Popeyes to eat everything they had something so good I did not decide what I wanted for about 15 minutes I was with three of my children that are grown and all of us ordered something different so we could share that's the best thing to do because they have so much good food and good service and good prices you just can't pass it up

It’s sad that it’s 11:23 AM and Popeyes is already backed up 15 minutes , but they had No cars in the parking lot

NEW Fried Pickles 😋 yummy. I also got chicken nuggets/strips, good portions 🦺 important for sharing.

The red beans and rice was rancid. Also the mashed potatoes were rancid too.. The chicken wasn't cooked all the way. My husband came home with this food. We had to throw it away. It was so bad.
