Went to drive through, informed they can not accept debit/credit at the location and there is a wait on chicken, 3rd time this has occurred at this location so I drove off. I will give your competition my business. Corporate needs to look at this location.

I came for the fish sandwich. It was alright, but not as good as Arby's or WhataBurger.

It’s been a year since I ate Popeyes specifically at this location. First let me start by saying I’m currently waiting on chicken in the drive thru as I’m making this review. They took so long to take my order I was able to order online. Then the staff on the headset laughing and talking in the background just goofing around. Very unprofessional. The staff is rude…and just got my order wrong. The dark skin girl Didn’t apologize. The food is not fresh to have to pull up and wait 5-10 minutes on greasy chicken that’s been sittin under the light instead of fresh out the grease. They gave me a large red beans with dry axx leftover rice. I had to replace it twice. The portions are small and the prices are through the roof. I should’ve just got my money back. I attemped to get a refund and the staff act like they couldn’t do that due to me ordering online. They act like me asking them to correct me order was a problem. customer service sucks. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. They just opened at 10am it’s only 11:30 and they parking cars for food that’s not even fresh. They still got my order wrong by giving me spicy when I wanted regular. This is exactly why I don’t eat here.

Trash. Just always trash paid almost $50 here and was given half filled large sides. Waited almost 25 minutes for trash. Don't bother go and talk to anyone everyone here is unfriendly and rude.

Stopped in today and intended to dine in. Ordered our food and tried to go to the restroom to wash my hands. There were several people ahead of me. When I walked into the restroom there was no hand soap. I asked my husband to check the men’s restroom, no hand soap there either. My mother in law asked behind the counter if we could get soap and hand towels for the restroom and the man behind the counter went to get his manager. The manager came out with hand drying towels to restock the towels but no soap and explained they don’t have any soap in the restaurant because he’s been trying to get soap for the dispensers but they don’t fit and cause leaking so he doesn’t have hand soap for the public restrooms.

We took our food to go and stopped to wash our hands elsewhere.

Is this not a health code violation in FL? We are traveling and not from FL, but in ever other state I’ve lived in this is considered a health code violation and would require the manager to take actual action by going out and purchasing temporary disposable hand soap dispensers for each restroom or closing the restroom to the public for sanitation reasons.
