Thank you popeyes I really appreciate it when you forget my sauce and get my entire order wrong. I'm sorry your too distracted in tour conversations to get things right. I only drove 45 min specifically for your restaurant. Thanks for the waste of drive gas time horrible service and incomplete order. Instead of driving all the way back I just went to KFC. At least they check their orders to make sure its right.

I went to the new Popeyes in Keystone Heights Fl. I wanted to try their wings. I asked a young lady if they had wings that were not too spicy. She said" they are all spicy". She let me drive away without any other suggestions. The 3rd time we went the chicken sandwich was so hard my husband and I could not eat it. We drive by this Popeyes regularly. The place is always empty. I feel it is due to poor customer and inconsistent food.

My husband stopped by for dinner, got two $6 meal deal boxes, breast and wings with two sides of mac n cheese, and 2 sides of red beans and rice. We got upcharged for mac and cheese, and instead recieved thigh and leg, with ome red beans and rice and mashed potatoes. I work food service myself, i dont care if its 5 minutes to close, My customers come first. Shameful.

I just ordered from here and they got my entire order wrong and i also wasn’t provided with a receipt. I ordered classic boneless wings with a side of Mac and cheese, as well as a chicken sandwich that also had a side of Mac and cheese. I didn’t receive any Mac and cheese and my wings were not classic boneless. They were hot and spicy with bone. Poor service as well. Do not eat here.

Service, and food are top notch. I am 40 years old and the bathroom here is the cleanest restroom I have ever used in a restaurant in my entire life!!!! Much respect to all the staff!
