Was very rude was missing items off my sandwich after I told them about it they said that they already made it twice i told them okay but you made it wrong.I have stuff missing.They told me to just complain their names are lisa and Kayla. And it doesn't matter if you make it twice.If you make it wrong , you're gonna have to make it again

I frequently eat at this Subway and I have rarely had anything other than a good experience. The only thing that I would like to see change has to do with the owner/s. This Subway NEVER participates in any of the coupons or deals and I have actually went to other stores instead of this one in order to take advantage of those promotions.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. The service was really good and quick. The cashier even noticed the Van Gogh shirt my niece was wearing and they talked artist for a few minutes!! Not really a huge Subway fan, but everything was fresh with a quick turnaround. The tables needed to get wiped down and my Philly not as good as I expected. My niece got a build your own sub and loved it! So that’s all that matters. For her happiness with her meal, this location is Florida Man Approved!

I would of given 0 star's if I could of but it won't let me. Let me start by saying the service was excellent, the food not so much! We learned that the new owner decided to do away with the traditional flat bread and just use the wrap instead. With the wrap being so thin it couldn't be toasted and since it's designed to wrap around your food not just hold it,it was like having nothing in it. You need to double everything just so you can have something to bite into! Needless to say we won't be eating at any of the Subways owned by this person!

Went and got 2 subs later at night around 7pm during the week. Only one there, ordered 2 subs: 1 off menu for wife at home (veggie sandwich) and mine which is a whole combination of things custom, not veggie. Both sandwiches were made at a good speed as I was trying to get back to help with the kids.

Great staff, service, and food. A little pricey these days, but what isn't. My only complaint would be that the Palatka Subways never honor any of the national deals. They are never participants and I wish they were. I would go a lot more often.

They way over charged me. They charged me $25 for 2 regular sandwiches that should have cost me $17. I said something to them but they kept claiming that was the price. Claiming they were ultimates and they weren't. There wasn't hardly any meat on it. 2 pieces of ham, 2 pepperoni and 2 salami. A ultimate has more then double that. Won't get out business ever again. Will let my friends know also. !!!

I went in and told the lady I had a coupon fpr a foot long she told me to go to the other end and I stood there fpr about 10 mins and nobody helped me, they were slow with no customers in line, I got ignored by all the employees there, I left amd went to the other location on Reid St and was much better service.I don't recommend the hwy 19 location they are useless. And not any help at all.
