Today I got something new and I asked if there was sour cream on it and the guy at the window rolled his eyes at me and had an attitude and said yeah I would not recommend going to the Taco Bell in Palatka. Their service is booty hole. Except for the lady that wears the colorful and collared shirt. She was very sweet and kind as always.

Granddaughter ordered her lunch. Staff is very fast and flawless. Granddaughter got fed and Grandpop was 😁
It truly sucks for locals that this is one of like 3 “fast” food restaurants available to us. At this point I would rather something else have the building. Idk what is up with this taco bell. But it truly sucks, the food sucks, the service and staff suck. I have given so many tries due to lack of other alternatives, but i am at the point id rather drive 49mins for literally anything else. - my order is always wrong -my order is always cold - staff is always rude
I can only choose one option, but for clarity’s sake I want to add, i have dined in, took out , and ordered delivery. All a terrible experience.
I have ordered breakfast, lunch, and dinner on different occasions.
My orders have ranged from 30$ - 80$.
Dietary restrictions: They don’t care.
Parking: Parking lot usually has employees smoking weed or hanging out around their cars.
Kid-friendliness: It is not.

The restaurant was empty…it’s 1045am. There was no one at the counter and the workers inside were not concerned with helping customers. I travel for work and eat Taco Bell sparing. But by no comparison this is the worse service ever anywhere. The cashier acted as if I was bothering him to order. I’m sorry if he’s overworked or don’t make enough to support himself, but attitude at customers helps our decisions to try the Mexican place up the street. Thanks!!

Idk what's going on but they can't do anything right. Every time they mess up my wife's and i order. I normally just brush it off but tonight they gave me literally half a taco. Like what the hell
We ordered a Quesadilla and a cheesy fiesta potato. What the lady gave us was one taco and a small order of fries. We tried to pull around again to fix the order and she wasted our time and mocked us when we tried to ask her to fix our order. I will never use this Taco Bell again and honestly the lady that was working should not be working in a customer service position.
