Put in a mobile order and when I pulled up to the speaker the woman said the system was down and I asked if I could come inside because I had placed a mobile order and she said no it would be 15 mins so I waited for avour 5 mins until I saw people at the speaker and when I was leaving I asked a customer that was coming out of the restaurant and she said that they were taking orders just fine. I get it that it's hard to find reliable people but lying because the store is short staffed is not how you keep a customer base. I am surprised this location is still open.

Worst breakfast I have ever had from wendys!! Gravy was pasty tasting,no sausage crumbles just 3 chunks sausage. Messed up the sandwich muffin was hard sausage didn't even taste like sausage. Definitely won't eat breakfast there again!! The employees really need help on cooking

The food and service here was miserable. They changed their salads and chili and quite honestly I wouldn't step in there chili now let alone eat it... I loved wendys chili, now it may keep you alive if you had to eat it but it's not good. I had to remind the employee the salad came with chili and she was upset that I asked for it. After I tasted it, I really didn't want it anyway but that's not the point and they didn't give the pecans for the other salad. Whoever made the decision to change the salads and chili should be fired but I'm greatful because I never have to go back if they don't go back to their old chili recipes

Had to wait so I could order, cold coffee, then no receipt, kinda rude, can't get reimbursement for secret shopper. Nobody in lobby, dead

We asked for a cheese burger and was given a chicken sandwich. Wanted a chocolate frosty and they only had caramel. Didnt even have vanilla. The mushroom sandwich we ordered tasted terrible nothing like Indiana's Wendy's.

I was in the drive through, I'm sure the restaurant is wonderful. I offered 2 cinn a bon treats, drove to the window, paid for my order, and was told to pull forward and wait while my order was being heated. When I received my order, I looked in the bag, and there was a scoop of icing on the top of each pull apart. I drove down the street to a parade that was going on and decided to stop and taste what I ordered. The icing was less than I imagined, and the pull apart was dry and unappealing.
