Stopped in on Christmas Eve because it was the only place open. Employees cursing at the register, restraunt was dirty, burger made wrong not once but twice. Employees going outside smoking weed. Horrible experience will never go there again. If I could give no stars I would.

We came at 8:15 (they were closing at 9 that day). It was not busy at all, a few people. We ordered a PLAIN Cheeseburger and even said just meat and cheese. We also got a few Baconaters. We got our food and the baconaters had no bacon, and the plain cheeseburger was drenched in ketchup. It wasn’t that big deal. We cut our loses with the bacon but the cheeseburger was for a picky kid so we asked again “Hey this was just supposed to be meat and cheese is there anyway we can get a fixed one?” She took it out of my hands then replaced it, the new one had mustard, pickles, and onions. When I took it back yet again I was told we didn’t ask for a plain cheeseburger. We literally ordered a kids cheeseburger that only comes with ketchup and cheese and requested the ketchup be taken off. It’s really not that hard. On top of that the lady at the front was cussing the whole time and was just staring at everyone rather than taking orders. Just not a good Wendy’s at all.

I’m sure there are worse Wendy’s out there, but you’d be hard pressed to find one. The staff is slow and rude, and the food is usually cold and stale by the time it reaches you. Truly, if you can avoid this Wendy’s, do it. A roadkill café might actually be preferable.

Food came out cold, didnt read the order as a bacon sandwich came without bacon and mustard on it instead of mayonnaise, forgot an ENTIRE 6 piece nugget then want to say because it was ordered through doordash there's nothing they can do.

Sat in the drive thru for a while. Shift change shouldn't delay service like it does. We ended up leaving without ordering from the drive thru.

This place was horrible. It has been a long time since I had a taco salad but all this had was iceberg lettuce, very little tomato pieces and shredded cheese with a cup of chili. No chips on the side, no sour cream, jalapeno nor guacamole or any other top like salsa! Never again! I am done with Wendy's for food! PS. I added more tomatoes and guac to this item.

Broken drive thru so you can't verify what your ordering, they don't read back to you what they heard you order, cuz they obviously don't listen to you after making you wait 5 mins in the drive thru, nasty as all get out and flies everywhere, very poor attitudes, don't give you a receipt to verify what you had ordered! Never again will I stop at Wendy's in palatka. Most unpleasant experience ever!!

Terrible service at drive thru got a little snotty girl who thought she was better than the customers told us to pull up to wait after she got an attitude because the speaker didn’t work in her end then we wait as 3 cas go behind us she grudgingly came out with FROOZEN fries so we went inside with the uncooked cold food and made them replace it for 24.00 for nuggets and a burger they better do better or they will be the next company closing up won’t be back here ever again and her attitude needs to be addressed it is 1835PM on May 18,2025 look it up maybe she needs to find another job sooner than latet
