The food was fresh and I was able to uncharged my drink from a coffee to a sweat tea (I was just trying to use my rewards and didn't really want the coffee and they would've had to brew a whole pot just for a small coffee so it wouldn't have been worth it tbh but it was still a very nice and kind gesture). I tell yall what as long as yall had Ms. Shineka drive thru window service has gotten so much better, quicker and she's really polite. Give her a raise!

My son and I went to eat at Wendy's in Palatka Florida and the service was so slow and it wasn't but two people in the Drive-Thru the inside hardly had anybody in there and the girl was very rude at the drive-thru and they gave us cold food after waiting almost 30 minutes just to get a couple of hamburgers and fries and they got the order wrong and we kept having to give it back to them two or three times I was very disappointed I've never been to Wendy's and...
