OMG Jeanie was so awsome! I've never eaten at this restaurant chain before and I needed help with the menu. She explained everything with enthusiasm, energy, and was super friendly. Listened attentively to all of my questions and made excellent suggestions. She needs her own restaurant! She sold me on Zaxbys. The place itself was very clean and the food came fast.
Asked for fresh egg rolls , waited 5 minutes for fresh egg rolls to cook as I was pulled to wait . Received recooked egg rolls or they were in expired grease

It used to be that when we went to Zaxby's we would get nice fat juicy strips of chicken. Today we got skinny dried out tough pieces of chicken. I hope this isn't going to be the new norm for them. I'm going to try another Zaxby's to see if it's the same. Hopefully, I won't be disappointed.
