Was some guy scarring all the customer's in the dining room, he was homeless or had some kind of mental problem, I eat there a couple times a week and the last few times he's been there, they need to get ride of him or I'm not eating there again
I'm not a huge Arby fan, or fast food fan for that matter, but do eat at an Arby's occasionally while traveling or wanting something other than a hamburger or taco/burritos. When I do I usually get the turkey/bacon/ranch sandwich, salad or in a wrap. This time being close to Thanksgiving they're offering a Special Deep Fried Turkey sandwich which sounded and looked pretty good, HOWEVER it was the worst thing I've ever ate at Arby's! Had maybe two pieces of turkey on it and mostly all bun and just didn't taste that great. Would not recommend it and I'll never eat it again. Not sure if they were short staffed but they didn't seem on top of taking our order very fast or friendly for that matter.

Food Is always hot and ready. Never had any missing items. Usually fast service. food is pricey but if you can afford it, it's a good meal. Love the sliders and the gyro. My SO always gets the French dip or the classic roast beef.
There was no cheddar on my beef and cheddar, and then they wouldn't answer the phone.

So this is the first time I've been at this location. Overall, it was a great experience ever. Specially SHANIYA you were right girl the bourbon brisket was great. She was amazing was patient with me and answer all my question and even her making suggestions on the food. She was spot on her customer service was freaking awesome. I'll be stopping by just because of her personality and attitude. Once again love it.
The woman at the drive thru window was very pleasant and great to interact with. I believe her name is Cassie (that is the name on the receipt). I tried to give a good review on the Arby’s website, but was unable to find the store number, the receipt did not look like what the picture showed on the review website.
