These people are working so dang hard after hurricane milton. The line is wrapped around the building (inside AND out) and I am so impressed with how fast and efficient they are working. Plus the staff is being so nice and kind despite obviously being exhausted from nonstop orders all day.
Yall are incredible here! Oh, And the food is wonderful so thank yall!

After REFUSING to make my order and the delivery driver having to fight with them to even make it they don’t give me the right food. Then when I call the store the manager Kyle tells me how he gave me the food I PAID FOR “out of the kindness of his heart”. Then he hangs up on me continuously as I call the store to which he just answered the phone and threw it on the counter so I couldn’t speak. The most disgusting customer service I have ever seen. Deserves to be fired. If this wasn’t a franchised store I’d be calling corporate. But I will be finding the owner And complaining personally.
Great service and food. I always go through the drive thru but they were working on something in there which is understandable. I went to leave and was greeted with a huge cloud of smoke and an employee who wasn't wearing a name tag who was sweeping the lot smoking literally at the door. I don't really have the greatest lungs and will now be struggling the next little while. Please be more considerate when it comes to other people.
