I was unable to go out for my birthday so I ordered from Asian Gourmet Too through Grub Hub. I ordered pad thai checked the gluten friendly box and under comments requested that they make it gluten free. The menu stated this could be done and it actually had an option for it but it was not done. My food did have gluten in it and I was very sick because of it. The worst part is it wasn’t even good.

I recently found this place and am already kind of addicted to it. It's that delicious. The Pho Sate is wonderful, the Natalie soup delicious, crispy fish with garlic sauce is to die for and this is THE best garlic sauce I've ever had

We got takeout as a little treat on an early Saturday afternoon. I got yellow curry with chicken and mushrooms, flavor is great! But it was 70% celery and not much else. He got pad thai, said it was good! We also got summer rolls with shrimp, one of them had a hair in it. Not a huge deal for me, I just didnt eat that part. But the Thai iced tea is.. kinda gross. It tastes super chemically? And almost like chapstick. This is our first time eating here, I'm sure we'll try it again as I'm assuming this is a one off experience.

How do I say this without appearing racist? Don't let the fact that Jacob is white fool you into thinking it's not authentic and good. He is very skilled and friendly. You can tell he loves the food he makes and presents. Very good at hitting your spice comfort level. Very clean restaurant and restrooms.

Very tasty food I’ve been going to the other location for 30 years and I believe this one’s better.

Ordered on an app and picked up. The young man who helped me was polite and well mannered. I told him it was my first time trying it out, and he gave me the rundown of the place and both locations. Honestly the fried rice was the best I have had ever came across. It has a wonderful Thai heat to it. The fresh spring rolls were great I just wish it had more tofu in them. The peanut dipping sauce was flavorful and creamy. I’m excited to go back and try again since they were all out of their chocolate cake which was highly recommended to me!

First-time customer, and extremely disappointed.

We ordered takeout for a birthday dinner celebration, including a 32-ounce yellow curry, spring rolls, and a drink. However, when we got home, we discovered that the curry container was only half full—meaning we received significantly less than what we paid for.

I understand that restaurants sometimes run out of ingredients at the end of the night, but the right thing to do would have been to inform us at the time of pickup, offer an alternative, or adjust the price accordingly. Instead, we were charged full price ($20 for the curry alone) without being told that we were only receiving half of what we ordered. That’s not a mistake—that’s either deception or sheer disregard for customers.

When I called to report the issue, the manager was polite but dismissive, offering a discount on a future order. Fine—I gave them another chance. Three days later, I called back to place another order and mentioned the situation. The staff acknowledged what had happened but excused it by saying they sometimes “run out of vegetables.” We paid for chicken, too—so where was that?

Then came the insulting offer: a mere 15% discount—with an extra 3% if I paid in cash. That’s it? After being charged full price for half a meal? That’s not customer service—that’s just bad business.

To make matters worse, the employee on the phone brought up an unrelated issue—suggesting that because we asked for an unsweetened hibiscus tea instead of the default sweetened version, that somehow made us less deserving of a reasonable resolution. What does that have to do with us being shorted on our meal?

This is not how you treat customers, especially first-time customers who might have become regulars. Instead, we’re taking our business elsewhere, and I’d strongly advise others to do the same.

If you order takeout from here, check your food before you leave—because they certainly won’t tell you if they shortchange you.

The food there is always great as my husband and I have eaten there a number of times. Last night was a COMPLETELY different story. I cannot recall the so-called waiter’s name (he’s the only one) but he was in an incredibly bad mood, seemed incredibly stressed and it showed. Instead of taking my order, he abruptly cane to our table (after we’d patiently been waiting 20 minutes) and says@do you finally know what rolls you want?” Um…. Finally? This was the first time we even talked about menu options!! Not to mention that he was rushing all over the place! He was in such a rush that he ended up knocking over our glasses for water and THEN of course another 10 minute wait while he cleaned up the mess. EVERYONE has bad days but this was highly acceptable! Nit sure if or when we’ll go back.

Incredible food! There should be a line out the door! Fresh, gourmet and full of flavor. Be sure to ask for Zach as your server, as he knows true customer service. Try the Vietnamese coffee, it is worth the wait!

Food was outstanding. Fresh and served hot. Generous portions, spiced just as we requested. We appreciated the ordering advice regarding spiciness. Atmosphere is comfortable but nothing fancy. Who cares? Some cool tunes were playing (not blasting super loud) and we came for the food anyway! Service was cordial and attentive. Convenient location in plaza on Babcock near Palm Bay Road.

Very nice guy, and we felt bad because there were a lot of us and he was the only worker/cook there. So we ended up getting a bunch of Thai teas to go, and unfortunately after waiting for a while the Thai teas were kind of undrinkable. We were not sure if the milk was bad or maybe it was the ratio or he used a lot of coconut milk for all of them but none of us were really able to drink it. We appreciated the guy though he was very nice and understanding. And also very appreciative of the vegan options! And this review is more of a suggestion than anything, just wanted to let y’all know.
