False advertising. I’ve repeatedly tried to order Sicilian pizza, which is listed on THEIR MENU. I get a call telling me they are “out”. They had the audacity to call me to cancel and resubmit my Slice order. Girl could not form a complete thought or provide any alternatives. I took my business elsewhere. Their pizza isn’t worth the trouble I promise.

Ordered the $30.99 deal for delivery on the Slice app. When the pizza arrive an hour and a half later, it was cold, greasy and the crust tasted like cardboard, the wings were tasteless and the calamari was soft. The only thing that was decent were the garlic knots. My daughter warned me that this location wasn’t good. Won’t make that mistake again.

Save yourself the hassle and just don't order from here. Every time we order delivery there's an insane wait time but this last time we waited 3 1/2 hours for a pizza and a salad. We called twice, first time was after 1 1/2 hours and they said it was on the way. The 2nd time we called (an hour after the first phone call, so 2 1/2 hours after we placed the order)the lady said there was a mess up and the delivery guy forgot our order. I was understanding and tried to be chill about it since she was trying to make it right with some extra food and what not. The food arrived an hour later, cold, wrong pizza, soggy croutons, and no extras. Seriously disappointed in this store since bizarros has been a long time favorite of mine but I refuse to spend $55 bucks on food that's not right and arrives almost 4 HOURS after ordering.

My family wanted to make pizzas for dinner tonight. We love Bizzaro’s pizza so I stopped by there to see if I could get some dough…They ended up being soo helpful & totally hooked me up!!I think they saw the scraps I was working with (that I picked up from the grocery store) and felt bad for me. Lol.They hooked me up (for a really fair price) w/ the ingredients I needed to make sure my homemade pizzas weren’t ruined. Lol.Just wanted to share my experience/say thank you guys!!Great food, great customer service, really glad we have you guys in our community!

The food isn’t Bad all the time but others not so much. No consistency. It’s a shame too cause they’re the closest to an Italian restaurant in the Bayside area and they could be busier if they consistently made their food better than worse. If they worked harder I’d give them a better rating. There’s room for improvement, they just gotta try harder.

I will start this off with we order from here at least once a week and usually the food is great, but the last few weeks we have run into some issues.We ordered chicken parm and penne vodka. The restaurant gave us fettuccini Alfredo and baked ziti. We didn’t realize until we got home and the restaurant refused to give any sort of compensation or remake the correct food.Come to tonight. We ordered a Stromboli, slice of pizza, chicken parm and a Greek salad. The restaurant marked the order complete on slice and when we went to pick it up only the chicken parm and slice of pizza was done. They didn’t even have the other 2 items on the ticket and we had to wait another 20 minutes while our other items sat and got cold. Again, zero compensation, in fact they flat out refused.As someone who buys from your establishment every week, this is absolutely ridiculous customer service. I hope you are satisfied losing one of your loyal customers of the past 4 years.
