Went here for the first time tonight after moving to Palm Bay a month ago. Totally disorganized in 10 mins managed to get 3 ice cream cones out the door - nobody could figure out where the line was or who was waiting for orders to come out and 3 ladies inside just walking around doing nothing - this place needs some adult supervision - we just left and won’t be back

Would love to give a five. I have always loved you guys I love your Banana Splits. I waited in line for probably 30 minutes for a chocolate milkshake because I assumed your milkshakes would be way better than McDonald's. People will wait for something that's good.but I'm headed to McDonald's next I should not have bothered waiting in line...I get my $7 milkshake... pretty sure it's vanilla ice cream with a very minute amount of chocolate syrup in it. it does not even taste like ice cream. The closest thing I can compare this flavor to would be frozen yogurt which is disgusting it should have never been invented ...I took two sips of it and I'm throwing it away it may have been worth $7 for Frozen vanilla milk it was not worth my time to wait in line for 30 minutes for it extremely disappointed in the milkshake

They have the best ice cream New York cheesecake ? but every time I go, they won't sell it. They say we have, but we can't sell it, so I stop going, and we used to go every Tuesday after church. Sometimes, 4 people sometimes 10, but they won't sell me that ice cream ?

S'mores ice cream was delicious. Aiden (I think that was his name) was very friendly in the window. I brought my Mom and my kids out for a snack after dinner and had a very nice time. Even the communication to my Mom that they had run out of the flavor she ordered was handled well. Thank you, Aiden, MOD, and staff on a Saturday evening. Keep providing positive customer experiences in whatever you do in the future and you'll go far! Thank you all.

Some of the best ice cream in the county. I love their fruity sorbets and I love their ice creams. I love getting a hot fudge Sunday with peanut butter ice cream instead. They always give us pup cups for free. It is seriously an amazing place full of very kind people.

Wanted a specific flavor, but they were sold out. I decided to try a cake batter, peanut butter cream waffle cone. I was given a vanilla cake batter ice cream. I asked if i could have chocolate ice cream with peanut butter on top instead, and they said it would be another $5.34! I already had paid $5.13 for the cake batter that was not specifically listed as vanilla on their sign... So, $10.47 for a small ice cream cone!
