I ordered from the STOCKBRIDGE GA location earlier this week and opted to not save my credit card. I went to place an order today using a gift card I had received and their system automatically processed the payment using my credit card which is allegedly not saved in their system. When I called to cancel the charge the manager talked over me & nearly yelled at me that there wasn’t anything no they could do about it because my card is not saved so she doesn’t know how it was charged. After more of her cutting me off she cancelled the order and pretty much told me she didn’t know how long it would take for me to get my money back. That it will probably be a long time. I asked her who I need to speak to, if she can provide a corporate number or the department that handles the online payments. She seemed to set the phone down without saying a word and after waiting several minutes I ultimately disconnected with not even an apology. This is a very untrustworthy company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Using this company’s payment platform is a huge security risk.
Burrito was really good so was the salsa and a perfect amount of salt on the chips

It was my first time, definitely not the last. Not sure why I waited so long to try it. The menu was surprising to me, because of all the different items. Had my first deep fried oreos(boardwalk cookies), OM yumm! My bowl was perfect, my burrito was delicious and the tacos were amazing. Perfect all the way around. My new favorite place.❤️

We had our first Bubbakoo’s last night and it was better than Chipotle. And I LOVE Chipotle. I have a new favorite though. Can’t wait for next time!

3/25 at 11:30. The black young female isn't friendly. When asked about how both of the jalapenos tasted, if one was hotter than the other (pickled and non) she stayed in a snappy way. "THEY TASTE LIKE JALAPENOS." when I paid I didn't tip her due to her attitude.
Founded in Point Pleasant, NJ. Near the town I was born and lived in NJ. I still do not call it hometown. I never had Bubbakoo's up there because. I left NJ in 2004 and it was founded in 2008. Enough preliminary. The food is awesome, the service is on point and the portions are huge. I will visit this location as long I live in Palm Bay/West Melbourne.

Update: Bubakoo’s reached out to us and are giving us credit for the issue. We have ordered since the review and it was great like we normally have. Thank you for your great customer service.
We normally never have an issue with delivery but last night our food was cold. It took 45 minutes before our driver picked our food up. When we received it, all of the food was cold. It still was delicious but we had to heat it up in the microwave. We order often and this was the first time. We hope this won’t be a regular occurrence.
Vegetarian options: The cauliflower wings are delicious as a substitute for any protein in all of the dishes

The hibachi steak and shrimp taco salad was very good. Full of flavor. Will definitely be back to order it again.

It was my second time eating here and my husband’s first time. The food was absolutely delicious (burrito bowls) and my husband said that they put other similar restaurants to shame! The salsa was great, too!
