Bubbakoo's Burritos

I’ve always had Mexican food that has always been very flavorful. This is the first time I can say that I had some that was not.

The wife and I decided to get a couple of burritos since they were having a sale. These were by far the most bland burritos I’ve ever eaten from anywhere.

Very rude I told them it was my first time in kid laughed in my face then they proceeded to talk to me like I'm a kid threw my change and as I walked out continue to talk under their breath horrible customer service

Great food at a fair price. Beats chipotle all day!

So disappointed. Me and my fiancé always order after a long day of work from uber eats. This is the second time that for whatever reason they send us fountain drinks when we order bottled drinks. When I called the girl the answered the phone said that they do this when they are out of bottled drinks. That if I wanted a a refund I would have to go through uber eats. I asked if there’s a way that they can let us know when they don’t have bottled drinks available, because they’re more expensive and we end up throwing away the fountain drinks and she said she didn’t know because she is not in charge of orders like that. I ordered their cheese tacos. This is how they came in today. Didn’t even put the lemon wedges that I ordered either. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered door dash. This place had good reviews and wanted to give this place a try! Not sure if it’s so awful because it’s a Friday night and ordered around 9pm. But this definitely doesn’t look like the website bowls or the reviews I saw on DoorDash. It has maybe 5 pieces of chicken in it. The “pineapple salsa” is literally canned pineapples. No pico or salsa I paid for. And the “pickled jalepenos” are crunchy jalepenos spicy as heck. I’m so sad!! My daughter’s bowl was just as bad. I never write reviews but this was that bad ecspcially paying 13-14 bucks a bowl! The chips were good. So I guess that’s what I’ll have for dinner since door dash wanted to credit me 9.61 lol. Really wanted to love and support this place but don’t do it or maybe go in person they will make it better for you!?

Paid $2.79 for extra queso on a burrito bowl. There was no queso on the bowl, or on the side.

Had ordered through doordash for my kiddos and my order was messed up but as soon as I called them they were happy to fix it. I drove over there and brought the food just so they could fix it but they were insisting that they make it over. Their customer service is beyond any expectations I could imagine and the kids loved their food. If I could give more stars I would the whole team was pleasant and very professional will definitely recommend them to anyone!

Live close by and tried it out on a whim. AMAZING. If you're hungry for any kind of burrito or really any food this place is great because they have all sorts of options. I was feeling Chinese food so I got the general tsos burrito and it was the biggest and best tasting burrito I've had in a long time. My girl made her own burrito and it was YUGE. If you like chipotle but never tried this place you're missing the way better option. Service was fast, place was nice to sit in and eat, and the workers were just great people. Can't say enough good things about bubbakoos!

Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. That was so awesome of them. I really appreciated the awesome customer service- especially when the error was all mine.

The breakfast burritos are fire 🥰

Literally so good every time I order. I never have had a mixup on my order and it tastes fresh and good after all the times i’ve had this place. I will continue to go here over chipotle or moes any day of the week!! Also the workers are always super friendly and it’s always ready on time!

Order was available on time. Staff friendly. Interior was somewhat untidy and wish app permitted greater customization over breakfast burrito; would like to add things like tomato and sc. Otherwise, no other complaints; experience overall was solid enough to repeat again so will be back.
