This place is disgusting, always has been.
I ordered today for the first time in years. The Whopper had no sauce or pickles, the meat was burnt, and it was disgusting.
I ate a bad French fry and almost threw up.
On top of that, they only had diet soda, nothing else to drink.

This Burger King has notices inside saying they are out of lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and chicken and a lot of other sauces until further notice they should go out of business and just be done with it

Worst Burger King I have ever been to . Worst fast food place I’ve ever been to . They take forever to make any type of order even if it’s just french fries and I don’t understand why it takes so long because the food is never fresh. It’s always still soggy fallen apart or burnt and overcooked and old. I have no idea how this place is even still in business. the owner should be embarrassed of this location horrible representation of the Burger King franchise

My order was wrong call the manager was rude personally a general manager needs to go in there and clean house floors were dirty employees were making food with no gloves they had dirt all over the floors you can see it from the drive-thru just pour staffing poor service when I got to the wanted to pay for my food it was it was almost like an awkward moment because I did not know what to think seeing all this I called the manager to correct the mishap didn't even get the manager on the phone with the employees answered the same person that serve me at the drive through and they were very rude naturally I did not get the manager all I got was hung up on call back they did not pick up the phone this is very unprofessional one day or taking people's money and knowing that they're messing up orders food was extremely cold I could not eat any of it I had to throw it back in the garbage this is not the first time this happened at this Burger King the staffing near and service I say it's below one star they really need to get a professional manager in new staffing

If you don't see cars already in the drive through... be sure to request fresh hash browns or fries of its after breakfast! I think corporate should express the importance of fresh food items. I received some hash browns (rounds) that were so obviously old! Hard, Dry, Cold! I should have checked before driving off & getting home. Basically, wasted money on a medium hash brown! They were not edible! Employees should be trained NOT to send food like that out even if they have to tell you is going to be a wait! It's sucks that you must check your food thoroughly before pulling off because you can't trust restaurants anymore. I might be aging myself but to hand out old food like that was a no-no back in the day when I worked fast food!

Usually every time I go there, there's something wrong with my order, either. They don't have anything even close to what I ordered. Or it'll be what I ordered but missing like all the amenities and stuff

I went thru drive thru with my friend. The lid popped off my drink as she handed me my cup and got an attitude when she had to give me a new lid . The lady was different who handed me my food and was extremely rude. She shoved my food and said have a good day and slammed the drive thru window when I was gunna ask for ketchup . Won't go back to that location. Every other burger king I've never had a bad experience ever . Those ladies shouldn't be working at a restaurant if there that unhappy or rude to customers
