This morning my wife and I decided to go to this Burger King and I had to yell for someone cause they was in the back office on they phone and then when she came up she had a rude attitude cause I had to call for someone . You don’t like your job find a new one .. Ps. Teach your employees how to talk to customers

This is one of the worst locations. The orders are always incorrect, they are always short staffed, always running out of items they need to make the food and only doing door dash or the system is down lol just close it down until they can get it together.

Just came through and had a really great experience. The service was amazing. Cam the manager was super nice and made sure everything was good, and Shannon was really friendly and helpful too. The girl at the front had a great attitude and a big smile which always makes a difference. They really checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. Appreciate the great service

I don’t know what was in the past that’s made this such a low rate, but this existing team is great. Cameron and Shannon was asking a few times if we need anything and they did it because if they really cared about and the whooper itself was such a great one one of the best I ever ate and they deserve this good review.

Do not order food on the app after 11pm they close the grills down super early and I spent my last getting something to eat and now have to wait 5-7 days for my money because they had no grills on or any food at 1145pm and I place my mobile order at 1130 for 1145 pickup. Won’t be back here again. The drive thru person was apologetic and offered to give me the $10 out of his own pocket for the inconvenience… I couldn’t take his money so I just left… I’ll be back to speak with someone about this matter further

The service was great they were nice and pleasant but the food was awful. Fries cooked in oil grease, burger that were cold and old plus the drinks had some black flakes in it. Only thing i seem good was the chicken sandwich I was surprised because that location usually is the best one in the area. Great staff; but bad food this time around.

Made a mobile order and app assumed location was open.
When I got to speaker, all I got was 'We're closed'. No apology or reason.
I stated I had a mobile order, and I got 'request s refund from mobile app'. Again no apology or reason.

We just went there to get something to eat, was about 11:30 am. There was nobody but the four of us at the restaurant at this time. Two employees from behind the counter walked right by us and would ot take our order! There was also nobody at the drive thru. We even called out to the employees can you please take our order but no nothing they said it be a minute! And that after we already had been waiting. We gave up and walked out! That was just insane and very rude. Burger King is that how you should treat your customers? Very disappointed.

Wow 24$ for two hamburgers and a fry and two drinks
Me and My son came to this Burger King twice today on January 20, 2026, and there was a lovely lady I believe her name was Kiana she was very calm and polite was also very thorough with our orders I could tell she was having a rough day, but she did not let that get in her way! She kept a very positive attitude she was asked to do something, even though she looked tired she still did immediately literally no hesitation or attitude. I was very pleased.!!! She is amazing ( She took our orders both times with the same amount of care and respect her patience is unmatched compared to these other places you can tell she works very hard not to overstep or any thing, but she definitely deserves a raise$$)

This is a great Burger King location. The foods always fresh and on point! Fries and burgers! The manager is very nice and helpful really shows he cares about the service. I’m pretty sure his name is Cameron I can’t remember 100% (bad memory) but great service.

Asked for a cheeseburger with nothing on it probably the simplest order you can make and they got it wrong then when you try to call the store they forward the call and you get a busy signal these people do not know what they're doing

This place is disgusting, always has been. I ordered today for the first time in years. The Whopper had no sauce or pickles, the meat was burnt, and it was disgusting. I ate a bad French fry and almost threw up. On top of that, they only had diet soda, nothing else to drink.
