First time at this location Very disappointing. Where do I begin, all the tables needed cleaning, service was slow. Food was cold, asked to redo order was done incorrectly again. Other comments from patrons ,this is not a very good location. Need to improve or close it.

Ordered lunch from this dump through UberEats today which was submitted at 11:52 am today. The order was cold and missing an item. The phone number provided on the receipt is out of service and had to look up actual number online. Since receiving the order, no one has bothered to answer the phone and it is 4:30. I will be going up there shortly, but had someone answered the phone, I wouldn't be so livid. And whoever works and mananges the place has never ensured the order is correct. Do they get everyone's orders wrong all the time? And what is so hard about putting napkins, ketchup, and sauces in the bag? Whether it's noted or not? The only thing good about the whole ordeal what the driver! My suggestion is that they might wanna tighten up a bit, or shut down. It's burger and french fries... what's so hard to make an order and place items in a bag??

Food took way too long. The floors and kitchen were disgusting and filthy with left over food all over the floor. The only positive was our cashier who was kind and sympathetic with how long it took also the music was good but that's it. Never going here again and I hope you do the same.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 with one person ahead of me that was waiting to get his order taken then I sat waiting for the person to take my order for another 15 min then they tell me to hang in and never came back to take my order place is ridiculous

By the time you order and get out of the drive-through, you could’ve bought and cooked your own meal at home. It would’ve been better cheaper not this garbage that takes 40 minutes to get.
Everytime I go to this store I’m in the line for about 30-45 minutes with one or two cars ahead of me. Everybody that talks threw the drive threw line always has an attitude and feels like they hate there job. Definitely need to hire a whole new

Literally the RUDEST drive thru experience I ever had. Not even Popeyes was ever this rude. Idk what the girl in the window’s problem was, but the minute she opened it, she was glaring at me and didn’t say a word. I waited a couple seconds and handed her my card and the entire time she was having this rude face and tone. Also, I was told that my drink would show as fruit punch but they would get me the correct drink at the window, which it wasn’t.She’s was wearing a pink/magenta cardigan looking thing along with a trashy weave.Note to fast food managers: stop hiring ghetto trash to work in your stores, that’s why there’s so many issues

Worst Burger King ever. Waited forever and they got the order wrong. Burger King has gone down hill pretty badly.

My dad went to this Burger King last weekend, and they cooked his chicken sandwhich in the microwave because the broiler was not functioning. Obviously, they should know that food cannot be cooked in a microwave. This was a health violation because the food was not cooked at the proper temperature. The next day, my dad got sick from the chicken sandwhich, and he contracted the Norovirus. He was vomiting and having diarrhea. Then, I contracted the virus from him. The Health Department needs to shut this place down or else many more people will contract food poisoning or those Noroviruses. I do not understand how can Burger King staff be so negligent when it comes to their costumers.
