Went at lunchtime to get two chicken sandwiches with 2 fries (had a coupon). Ordered cheese on both of them at $1.50 each. When taking my order the person was very unfriendly and spoke over me. They were “out of medium cups” so I ordered a small. At the pickup window I was told to pull forward because they were waiting on the French fries. I waited 13 minutes while cars behind me were driving through with their orders. I tried to call the store twice while still waiting but no one bothered to answer the phone even though they were not busy. Eventually someone with an attitude came out and handed me the bag. I was short on time and didn’t check the bag. When I eventually opened my sandwiches there was no cheese to be found. They were on round buns with the chicken patty hanging out on both sides. Was never told that they were out of the chicken sandwich buns. Lettuce was soft, mushy and old. So now BK steals your money by not giving the food that is ordered and paid for, and handed to you with a very unpleasant attitude!! We shouldn’t have to check our food before we drive off… and then realize that they actually stole money from you! The staff needs serious training in every aspect of food service and customer service. Done with that place!! 😡 Should have gone to ChicFilA!! “My Pleasure”

On 02-07-25 i went to this location,
This is the first time coming to this burger King and my last, I went to the drive through with my order on my phone made and paid for at 1:21pm, I didn't get my food until 1:51pm in the drive through! I was stuck with a car behind me, 3 cars in front me of me! And I got to work late because the inefficiency of this location! Their employees and possibly the manager on duty with no sense of urgency for all the people ordering, this is bad service and Terri customer service no one apologizes for taking 30+ in making 1 burger and 1 soda!! If they know if it's busy hire more people for prepping food!

Garbage. The buns were stale and dried enough to choke a horse. Barely any tartar sauce three pickles stacked up high in the center instead of spread out like a normal sandwich the fish fillets were burnt and cooked in old oil. Only reason for the one star is for the coke that was the only thing reasonably decent in the order.

I recently visited the Burger King location on Malabar Road and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon entering, I stood in line for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. The employees were busy and clearly flustered, but none of them engaged with customers, even though there were several of us waiting. To make matters worse, many customers, including myself, were visibly frustrated by the lack of service.

The drive-through was backed up around the building, which only added to the overall chaos. This is the second time I’ve visited this location within the past year, and both times I’ve left without being able to order food. It’s clear that this location is severely understaffed, and it seems the employees are not properly trained or equipped to handle the demands of the restaurant.

In my opinion, corporate should seriously reconsider whether this location should remain open until it can provide the basic level of service expected at a fast-food chain. Until then, it seems this location will continue to disappoint customers with poor service and a lack of attention to basic operational needs.

No one was even there and I still had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and they still gave me ice cold breakfast sandwiches. I mean ice cold! Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Never going back EVER! Spare yourself the grief and go right across the street to McDonald's. It's always hot there and the drive thru is so very fast.

After I waited 2 minutes at the counter before they realized I was even there and decided to take my order, soda machine not working, so I thought the girl went to get my drinks she just disappeared, after 4 or 5 minutes a girl asked me why I was standing there when I told her I was waiting on my food she said don't get smart and told me I had a bad attitude, I got a refund and left. This is why Burger King is going out of business one store at a time bad hiring practices and they will not get rid of people. Where has respect and service went to in this country.
