Extremely horrible customer service!!! A customer ACCIDENTALLY spilled a drink on the counter and the employee went off and started cussing up a storm and voiced how much she hated her life and job. While other employees just looked on leaving the customer embarassed. They did nothing to help alleviate the situation whatsoever!! I can only imagine this is why they barely get any customers seeing as the parking lot was empty as I've ever seen it! Will definetely not be giving them my business anytime soon or ever again for that matter!!

Nice building. But food bad. The worst chicken nuggets i've ever had. No hot and little bit wet! They are very slow. No line or busy but wait long time. My friend already warn me Not go to this branch. I should believe him. The owner need to know what's going on. They need new manager!

The only thing pleasant today was the girl at the first window. Everything else terrible. Cold fries, cold onion rings and suspicious burger. And to describe cold, as if they just took it out the refrigerator and served straight out of there as is. I thought I was trippin until previous complaints from others said the same. Dang I'm disappointed.

Just came to burger King at 10:40 pm and my food was disgusting. Chicken fingers cold and old. Fries cold. Onion rings cold. Didn't even bother biting the whopper. Hub immediately turned around and went back in and asked for a refund. That's unacceptable to serve cold old food just cause it's late and you're trying to get rid of old food that's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Thankfully we didn't drive all the way home to find out how bad our food was. Always taste your food before you leave fast food restaurants because many of them will give you old and cold food cause they don't expect you to drive back and make a complaint. If I pay 25 dollars my food should be fresh period!
