Carmen's is just fantastic all-around. Adding it immediately to our local family-owned favorites!
We got the salmon burger and Ahi fish tacos. The food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The sauces were delicious. They make their own juices and we got pineapple ginger which was really good.
The food was incredible. Huge $ value there!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kizzy was the one who helped us. She was great!
The dining area is nothing fancy; but is a clean and cute cafe-style space.

This is the 5th time we have dined at this quaint dining place in Palm Bay. Each time I try something new and it becomes my favorite and the owners are such awesome people. The ladies from a weekly Bible study are going there on the 17th as it was voted "hands down" to dine there. My mouth is watering over the chicken wrap I had last evening with a side of their jerk sauce. Esther had the same but with the sweet potato fries "ordering those next visit".
Parking: Plenty of parking around back, just turn behind the old BP gas station.

I had three meals there this past weekend and each one was heavenly delicious. Friday I had curry goat and oxtail with Jamaican rice and peas and boy, did that take me back home. Later, I tried the red peas soup cooked with oxtail and Chef Andre did not disappoint his grandmother. Saturday I had my roasted snapper and plantains that I could not eat Friday night.
Sunday I went back for the brunch and my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I had roast beef, ackee and salt fish, glazed salmon, boiled green bananas fried dumplings and yams. I am still full.
The homemade juices; carrots and beets, pineapple and ginger and cucumber and mint are all delicious.
Vegetarian options: My wife had the Kale salad and coconut curry lentils and they were delicious.
Kid-friendliness: Children of all ages are welcome
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a handicap parking spot immediately in front of the restaurant and there’s no ramp to climb. The biggest shortfall is not having an automatic door but if you arrive in a wheelchair, staff would be only too willing to hold the door open for you.

OMG, the food here is AMAZING! We ordered a variety of things, from the lemon pepper wings, ginger glazed plantains, both jerk chicken and shrimp fried rice, spicy beef patties and the jerk chicken. Each and every item we tasted was delicious. The foodie in me is doing a happy dance that 1. We found this place and 2. It’s close to home. This will definitely be a go to place for us.

Wow! Carmen’s popped up on my Google search as a new restaurant, and so a friend and I decided to go for lunch.
The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, about 20 tables nicely spread. The waitress was very attentive and the selection of foods left me trying to decide which of several good-looking choice I should make.
I chose the Mahi fish tacos with pineapple salsa. MmmmmmMMMMMMmmmm. They were VERY TASTY (ask for double salsa). The fries that came with were fresh and crispy. My friend had the jerk chicken and commented that it was also very good.
We plan to go back! They apparently also have delivery, pick-up, and catering. But the restaurant itself is pleasant enough to enjoy good fellowship.

We ordered take out a few weeks back. The food was delicious! So much flavor! Presentation was beautiful even for take out too. I also noticed how clean the inside was when I walked in to pick it up. The owner and chef were also extremely nice. The chef walked out in a very sharp, professional looking black chef's coat. You can tell the owners and staff definitely take pride in their work. It's certainly appreciated by the community. We will be back 💖
Food was very good! Service was awesome. My only suggestion is more drink options. Aside from that, the fried rice fusion was great!
