My wife and I had the best date night and we are so happy about our experience!! Our servers (Pam) during the dinner are exceptional and did a wonderful job.

We ordered the family bundle meal of chicken Marsala w house salad and penne pasta and of course the fried zucchini w garlic aioli sauce w a squeeze of lemon YUMM TY for making my day off as a mother of 5 successful.

Vegetarian options: Eggplant parm is always a hit. Salads bread and soup. Fried zucchini and more

We always enjoy going to Carrabba’s when we can. Tonight we had another amazing server by the name Toni, she was AMAZING! We loved her! She was attentive and knew her stuff! She had a wonderful personality to top it all off! Thanks Toni for taking very good care of us?🥰

Aspen is a kind and amazing server! She is always smiling and provides the greatest service! Have been coming here since I moved from NY in 2016 and Aspen has been our favorite server for quite some time! Be sure to ask for her!

We went for dinner in the middle of the week so the whole experience was great. Delicious food with generous portions and our server Shaun is one above the rest! We enjoyed his attention to detail, prompt service and we enjoyed fun, meaningful conversation with him (especially as a fellow Long Island native) he also included our 2 young children in conversations which they loved! We will be back and asking for Shaun's section if possible.

Kid-friendliness: Our server Shaun was incredible with our 2 young children that were attending dinner with us. He actually enjoyed conversing with them along with us and they loved that! The crayons and a doodle paper were also very helpful

Every once in a while, a dining experience transcends beyond just the food and atmosphere, and that’s exactly what happened during my recent visit to Carraba’s. While the restaurant itself is nothing short of amazing, what truly made this evening unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Shaun. From the moment we were seated to the time we left, Shaun’s presence was nothing short of extraordinary. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Our waiter tonight Shaun B really went above and beyond with outstanding service. He made sure everyone was aware of my food allergies, and was able to do food substitution so I could enjoy a new menu item. If you plan on having dinner here, ask for Shaun, you will not be disappointed.

Aspen was the absolute best! She was so attentive, charming, warm, thoughtful and helpful! She is an asset to her company and humanity as a whole! She is genuinely a beautiful person and she brights light and love to all whom are lucky enough to encounter her! She is and continues to be a delight in all aspects of her existence! I was please thoroughly with the management and all the positive changes that have been made since my last visit over a year ago.

Kid-friendliness: Aspen is the best server ever! I have been a customer for over 15 years in 2 states! Aspen Rocks!!!

I arrived in curbside pick up and no one ever came out, so I then went inside, where I proceeded to wait over 45 minutes for my food after I had already been there and had placed the order 20 minutes before I got there.

This location of Carrabba‘s Italian Grill went above and beyond to ensure that my daughters both had a good dinner as well as me and made extra care to check that we didn’t need anything else and customer service was on par if not above par that I’ve seen at any other Carrabba‘s beforeour server was so friendly and so kind as was the management at this location one of the best Carrabba’s Italian Grill locations I have been to in a while well done team

I’ve always had a good experience at Carrabba’s and literally we waited 15 minutes to get a drink and the food came out on time at a good pace, but the server was not there to assist or ask us of anything we had to go up to her to get our check and boxes. We saw three other tables do the same exact thing around the bar. No one was being approached for long amounts of time and had to walk up to the waitress/bartender to get their checks due to lack of service. While other waiters and waitresses looked at us, knowing that we weren’t being helped.
