Chic Fila has started going down hill in general. The buns are generally stale, and the chicken isn't generally prepared we'll at all (vainy and somewhat chewy). Although it's not as bad at this location, Chic Fila definitely needs to reevaluate why they need preservatives and MSG in their food

it’s EXTREMELY frustrating when the past few times my girlfriend and i have ordered from this chick-fil-a off of doordash/uber eats they forget things every single time. We ordered two cobb salads and they forgot one of them… how? and we aren’t able to get a refund from uber eats or door dash so essentially we’re crap out of luck because of someone from this location forgetting our items. This is about money, not the food.

We've been coming over 2 years now. My son enjoy the indoor playground. I enjoy the convenient of ordering from table or their app. Good chicken sandwich, fast!
Got in the drive thru at 10:25 went to order and the lady proceeds to tell us we they are not supposed to put lunch orders in we have to wait 5 minutes and they can’t put it in early. We then got stuck in the drive thru line for the next 6-7 minutes. Ridiculous. I understand breakfast and lunch times but when it’s 5 minutes or less before 10:30 it’s a little ridiculous to turn down customers because it’s still “Breakfast”
Let’s talk about the unprofessional staff working the night shift at this particular location. As a customer I shouldn’t have to explain my reason for wanting my food a specific way, however I was bullied into talking about an embarrassing allergy I have. Then after asking for the shift manager and being shown who she was I was met by some overly arrogant white boy by the name of Duncan. When asking Duncan why the manager refused to come take my complaint, I was told, “ she’s busy “! Busy?? I see her making sandwiches and packing bags and you say she’s busy?! What happened to the Chick-Fila culture of respecting the customers wishes and when did it become a crime to keep you medical information private. After some careful research, I will be reaching out to the department of business and professional regulations in reference to the hippa violation. I also will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, making them aware of this absolutely unbelievable experience, which, in my opinion was unnecessary and discriminatory.
The employees are the sweetest around! Always a pleasure going here!

Sign said to go around for drive thru, but you come to a right turn only that makes it impossible to legally turn to the drive through and even still making the illegal turn leaves you blocking the road waiting to turn into the drive thru, I just just had to drive away and cancel my order.
