Have been here a couple times But I must say the other day there was seven people ahead of me and eight people behind me and Rebecca was alone …I guess somebody’s shift just ended … She did such a good job of helping each customer one by one and giving them what they wanted and taking the time and patience to wait on them She did a great job and got me out of there as quick as possible!!! Thanks again!!!
I am writing this re view to give an employee, Andrew Valdez 10 stars. The place was a bit of a mess but with good reason. The service of Andrew was excellent, BUT there were only three employees working on a Sunday. The place was packed but Andrew kept up the serving line with a smile on his face and a wonderful attitude. They were so busy waiting on customers that there was no one avaliable to clean up. Management better take notice because no one should have to work under...
The concept of this place is excellent overall, but the service quality varies significantly from one location to another. For example, the Doral, FL location easily deserves 5 stars, while a recent visit to a DFW location was, unfortunately, a 2-star experience at best. Consistency seems to be the main issue.
