Food was not at all what I expected and how much I paid thought it would have been better! I decided to try this place for lunch with my friends. We got the wings, Grand Central, and China Town. Save your money cause the train is pulling out of the Grand Central and not returning! Didn't taste good and the shrimp was too rubbery! I could have went to Publix and purchased some seafood and did better myself!

I’m confused. This is the Palm Bay location right? Cause I’m reading reviews from 10mos ago yet they have a grand opening next weekend. Idk….but anyways, my husband and I thought it was a new place and wanted to try it. No one else was dining when we arrived. No one in front but we heard someone in the kitchen. Had to ring a bell ?️ to get attention. No big deal. But if you’ve ever lived in the Caribbean (we lived in the Bahamas for 5yrs) you’ll know that just cause it’s on the menu doesn’t mean they have it…lol. First 2 things we ordered they didn’t have. So my husband and I shared Curry Chicken. It was very tasty! I’m pretty sure they used chicken legs and/or thighs. I hate chicken legs but if they’re made like this I’d eat them anytime. We’ll probably give it another try cause my husband wants to try the Snapper….hopefully they’ll have it. But overall it was very good.

The thing about naming a restaurant after another is that thrre should be a continuity of food and service. This is more like the welfare version of City Island Seafood which originally stems from New York. I expected since they are literally RIGHT BY THE BEACH to have FRESH not FROZEN FOOD. There is NO such thing as "fresh frozen". Its mind boggling how alllll these places are steps from the ocean yet using cheap frozen items and it shows! I cannnnootttt wait for the day when someone opens up a place that has NO FROZEN ANYTHING CUZ ITS DISGUSTING. And using City Island name while serving shi for dinner is despicable yall should be majorly ashamed. Find a NEW chef. Or WHOEVER controls the purchasing of ingredients because EWW. Im gonna give this place 3 weeks and try again to see if anythings changed. I will be giving a very public (4.5million followers) review. Wont know who I am so the change needs to be REAL.
