DON'T GO HERE! The food is horrible! Just crumbs of meat in the empanadas. Everytime i ate there i got a stomach ache. The customer service is terrible! Don't care about their customers.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I bought empanadas, alcapurrias and there is only crumbs of meat inside. Everytime i bought meals there i would get a stomachache. The service is horrible. They don't care at all about the customers. If you complain about the food they won't help you. They won't give you your money back or exchange it for something else. I will never buy anything in that store ever again.

Unsatisfied customer

Minus one star, the servers must be scared to serve like they're feeding a grown person, tiny scoops of meat then when you ask them to add more, they act like they're afraid. 9/20/25 around 12:30 pm I ordered arroz con gandules and carne guisa they put like 4 pieces of meat on the tray when I asked them to add more she asked (I guess the line boss) who said flat out no, then I opted for a small container of meat on the side the line boss slammed it on the serving line like she had an attitude, they weight the food so what exactly was the problem to begin with?? They say "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen" conversely if you don't like what you do or cannot function in a high-pressure environment find something else to do. Restaurants are hospitality trades their primary job is to make the customer feel appreciated that's how you retain not only your reputation but a strong customer base. Needless to say, the mofongo, arroz con gandules and carne guisa I ordered was left behind unpaid for on the countertop.

Great food especially the Cuban sandwich, variety of food, Cuban coffees, juices, etc. One error was they charged me twice for one breakfast sandwich, but I returned the next day after looking at the receipt and they credited it back. All good.

This place has decreased the quality of the food to the point this is the last time I will get a any type of sandwich from this place, I ordered a Pastrami Sandwich and they gave me a lettuce sandwich with a chunk the size of a 1/4 inch on each end of pastrami and in the middle it was just lettuce. to be a Lil fair the rest of the hot food is decent most times. but stay away from the sandwiches they ARE NOT WORTH IT!!! save your money

The fact that they’re selling this as sancocho Is literally the biggest joke in the world it’s the most basic broth in the world thrown And with boiled meat zero flavor, absolutely gross upset I just spent $30 on this

This Latin Caribbean Cafe is an absolute gem! Every single time I visit, the food is consistently great, bursting with authentic flavors that transport me straight to the Caribbean.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the superb customer service. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and efficiency. I particularly love their system: you take a number, and they even write it directly on your plate! It's such a smooth and organized process that makes the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Everything about this cafe is just good – it's a must-visit!

I happen to arrive during breakfast hours and while getting a cafe con leche, noticed the remarkable smelling, beautifully displayed food being brought out and had to return for lunch. This is a WOW experience. The best of Columbian, Venezuelan, and Dominican all on one plate was delightful. The combo concept is perfect and the prices are more than reasonable.

I wanted to taste everything but I this trip was stewed goat. There are four different types of rice, alover a dozen vegetables offerings, and over a dozen protein offerings from pulled pork to fried snapper, all kinds of chicken and beef. The churrios are among the dozens of deserts and yes there are empanadas from three countries, frozen drinks, and sandwiches for those needing quick fixes.

Everything was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and served in healthy portions. The restaurant offers four locations so you need to find one closest to you.

The venue is clean and comfortable and the busy is proof that the food is delicious!

Ordered on Sunday chicken rice and plantain. My chicken was super dry and hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I’ll give it a one out of 10 I’ve never had Chicken from here that dry and blend before. How are the rice and the plantains were super good empanada potato bowl and the pork was excellent. So disappointed in the rotisserie chicken definitely will never order again for only rice and plantain $12 was a little bit expensive

Just happened along to this place and me and my family were blown away with everything. The food is really good and the prices are fair for as much food as you are given. The ladies severing are polite and and patient as this place gets busy. I really was impressed and definitely recommend you stop in and grab a bite. Side note: if you're trying to figure out what kind of Spanish food, like Puerto Rican or Cuban, they have it all. Very very good.
