so i ordered pizza for delivery last night and it was about a $60 order. well an hr later still no food. so i called the store. Which this is the only store i order from. they said they didnt have the order and the only thing the manager could say is i dont know what to tell you. well come to find out the order was sent to a different store and they refused to deliver it. Took way to long to get my order and management wouldn’t do anything about it.
I called to discuss a offer that popped up at checkout for $1 bread twists. I explained that the offer gave a error that said I was ordering “too many sides” and wouldn’t apply at checkout (where it was offered) but I had already placed my order and would like to take advantage of it if possible. Emanuel told me that your site was missinforming your customers with false offers. I told him that was unfair and before I could finish my complaint he hung up the phone on me....read full review
