Domino's Pizza

It had been 45 min.to an hr. since ordering pizza for dinner. Everytime I called the number, they transferred me to the store. (First off, why don’t they have a direct number to call??) then I got a text that my pizza was being delivered through DoorDash..( I’m confused, since when did I order through DD?). It had been an hour by now and no one helped me at all. Poor service and very poor delivery by this location.

The workers here are HIGHLY disrespectful, the way they talked and treated my mother was unfathomable. Do better.

They have not been getting orders right the last few times I ordered. Both on the app or calling in the order, the orders have been messed up. The recent order was a pan pizza with 2 toppings and NO cheese (lactose intolerant). I got cheese. The other pizza I ordered was ok. So cross your fingers on getting what you ordered.

We order pizza here at least once a week. It’s always pretty solid. Just picked up an order and half the toppings were put on after it was cooked and it wasn’t cut. I called back to let them know and the manager argued with me. I wasn’t even mad until he took zero accountability. Mistakes happen, but the customer service here sucks. Edited to add pics. Flipped it over to prove it wasn’t cut (we used a knife to cut it normal, thin crust gets cut in squares) see any cut marks? I don’t. Also look at all the raw toppings that fell off when we flipped it lol.

Not thrilled with whatever it was that they spread on the crust once it comes out of the oven. If I had known about it, I would have asked they not put it on. I also would have asked for sliced sausage vs just sausage as I am not a fan of the little pieces of it.

I have been to Bayside Dominos around 5-6 times now, the staff is always friendly and the pizza is delicious and consistent. I used to travel a lot and have tried many different Dominos franchises and Bayside is definitely top 3.

Consistently good pizza every time. Their garlic knots are always fresh. Their loaded tots were great as a side. Ended up eating them with eggs for breakfast the next day lol recommend!! The cinnamon twist dessert is a bit dry. The brookie is always a hit and the lava cakes are pretty good. Always a good special going on.
All in all fast service, great food, always hot and fresh. Would recommend.
