I didn't expect to receive a micro oval bagel 😂 that's $3.50, I'll be sure to make a trip to the grocery store to grab a Thomas brand of cinnamon rasin bagel that's $1.50.

Rude and shitty service attitude and look at my food I waited over 10 minutes for?
Supposed to be eggs has browns and brisket. I got two strings of meat can’t even see it. And a fork filled of eggs and a bunch of cheese on the hash brown. Nothing like the picture advertised plus I waited and he was rude giving to me.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in fast food. Don’t use there self service ordering kiosk. Those orders are filled last. Three people behind me chose to use the regular order at the counter process and received there order and out the door. When I asked what the order filling process was because I had seen these customers walk in after me and order at the counter and receive there order before me. The employee at the drive thru said drive through is priority and to go eat turkey and then a line cook came out from the back and had the same attitude. Only one employee said they were sorry for the mix up. She must have been the manager. The rude employees shouldn’t be working in the service industry with that attitude. I will never go to this location again unless it’s through the drive through. This franchise owner should really try to hire friendly employees who know how to work with the public.

I spend my last $6 on a coffee and a doughnut, i asked for a Vanilla Creme, which it’s suppost to have the vanilla creme inside & powdered outside SMH 🤦🏻♀️ WHAT IS THIS? 🙅🏻♀️
Maybe like a week ago i also ordered a Caramel hot coffee, I reached to work to find out my coffee was Original i was so upset and just decided to throw it away because that is not what i wanted.
The young ladybserving was friendly. Missed Lemon donuts we don't have them in South Florida .

I'm so disappointed in Dunkin Donut. I get to the speaker to order the drive thur crew ask to take my order. I say, "Can you give me a min?" As I am looking over the menu she the proceed to ask if she can help with the order. I said, "Give me a minute again. She huffed at me. Wow, unprofessional much. Then I ordered a bagle toasted with cream cheese and a snackin bacon and hot mocha latte. I get to the window, then pay and ask to pull up to wait for my food. I thought that was ironic after being rushed to order, I waited 10 more min. Finally getting my food and omg the bacon was in pieces and for $3.29 you would think you getting the money worth no that didn't happen the bagle was cold and so was the mocha shame on you all giving people crap!
