Lately this location has gone down hill. My regular drink is $6.50 and they often don’t prepare it correctly, to the point that the sweet girl at the window will even comment if it was made right the first time. The manager is great when she’s at the window, but she is the one that most frequently prepares my drinks incorrectly when she’s the one making them. She also trash talks employees and customers to other employees, in front of customers (for call-out reasons, weird orders, etc).
Today was the final straw that has me finally leaving a review…I ordered a large iced coffee with coffee milk and cookie butter flavor. The cashier rang in 4 coffee milks, the last time someone did that I received a drink that was pure white with no signs of coffee - so I politely asked if 4 was too many, but she replied that 4 was correct for a large (mind you she charged me an addt. $2 for coffee milk…), I said thank you and pulled to the window. The girl at the window was not the one taking orders, she was very polite and handed me my food while we waited on my drink. Once she handed me the drink, she walked away. I received a drink that was just lighter than black coffee, definitely not with 4 coffee milks. Since she left the window, I chose to go home and put half and half in it and just deal with it, rather than wait.
Once I made it drinkable with half and half, I discovered there is no cookie butter flavor in my drink at all. That made me quite upset, not the lack of cookie butter specifically, but how spiteful the person became that she chose to make my drink and leave out the 2 requested items I asked for (and paid extra for). All because I questioned the 4 coffee milk adders? I’m so disappointed and I’ve chosen to personally no longer support this Dunkin location. It’s been a longggg build up of trust issues with my mobile orders being correct, but this was the final straw.

I miss the old workers they used to have. These new people give you whatever they feel like giving you regardless of what you ask for and they don’t know how to make the drinks. Please check your order before leaving because it will be wrong, and it will taste bad. This has happened several times now!! I asked for maple sugar bacon ( which you pay extra for) & get regular bacon that is barely cooked. My drink I asked for a lil extra caramel in my latte & there’s not a drop of caramel in this. It taste like a strong coffee. Disgusting & a waste of money!!

I try and go to this location every few months hoping it gets better. Today was extremely disappointing, I get in line for the drive thru and it my turn and I sit at the box for 10 minutes. Finally I decided I’ll just go in. While coming around the corner I see they have no one waiting at the window. I finally get my food and drink. Food is cold and not like it used to be. Very sad about this experience.

The coffee was very watery. I found a hair in the bagel. The girl with black and red hair had a bad attitude and looked at us badly.

I usually love Dunkin’, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered the avocado toast, and they completely burned the bread — instead of remaking it, they tried to cover it up by piling on avocado spread. You could still taste and see the burnt toast underneath. It’s frustrating when a mistake is made and they try to hide it instead of just fixing it. Definitely not the quality or honesty I expect from Dunkin.

Overall it's a decent Dunkin donuts, bagel bites for overcooked and the older woman at the drive through service window seem to be either rushed, irritated or in an extreme hurry as she had a solum look on her face but she was like trying to hurry everybody along as fast as possible enough that the 2 donuts got squashed as she hurriedly shoved them towards my hand. Maybe she just over shot her reach out the window and maybe she was having a bad mid morning. Coffee was great.

No service. They open at 4am, I stop at 4:45, no answer on the intercom, I drive up to the window and she's standing there folding boxes and completely ignoring me. From now on, I'll just go to the WaWa across the street,
I got coffee from here and it was good!

They put too much stuff on the hot plates, toast way too much bread, that they lose track of the orders, my order 5480 was bacon egg & cheese on a toasted everything bagel with butter, they gave me the bagel with butter, the rest missing, gave them back the order, he was about to use the same bagel, I had to say no sir, smh

This location is horrible! Wouldn't allow me to pick my dozen donuts that I wanted and paid full price for a box of yesterday's donuts! Customer service sucks at this location. Would love to know who runs the location so they understand how poor quality this location really is. Waited in line for 10 minutes before walking out another time and not being acknowledged.

No matter what time of day or who greets me at the drive thru window I get impeccable service. I go almost everyday and on my days off from work I usually go through the drive thru 2-3 times a day. They get my coffee order right to perfection every time. I am ALWAYS greeted at the window with smiles. On the rare occasion when I order a donut from the app that they may have run out of they will substitute with whatever other kind I choose.
