I ordered a chocolate glazed donut with sprinkles. Got to window paid for it. Got the donut and it was just a chocolate donut. I said I ordered a chocolate glazed donut with sprinkles. The lady very rudely said they didn't have none. So I pulled around my husband went in. Come to find out they did have some. I will NOT go to this place again. Both times I went was bad experience.

The only issue was short, brown haired woman. Supposedly the manager. She looked like a strung out dope head and acted like one too. She makes this place look bad. She ran to the back instead of helping her workers out. This place needs a new manager.

Bad experience.
Menu boards not working (was told they have been out for weeks). Was told to look up the menu online. Food was cooked to order and still served cold. Service was dismal. At least the lobby appeared clean.

So bad. Placed a pick up order. Asked for 3 bagels not toasted, all were toasted. They forgot my hash browns, picked the wrong donuts. The donuts looked like they ran out of dough halfway through baking. Small, dry and misshapen. The egg wraps I got were dripping in grease and completely mangled like they just took the ingredients and threw them in the bag. Hire employees that actually care about the product and service they are providing. Worst experience at a Dunkin ever.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to a dunkin on 192. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a coffee roll and it’s raw dough. Why did I go back a second time? Cause I’m pregnant and craved one and it’s next to my job, the third time I was hoping they got their shit together but should have known when their blender was down when ordering my initial drink.

Store looks nice had to wait a little as there were only two employees in the floor attending the drive thru. Minute after what looked as the manager emerged from the back attended us service was pretty fast but the floor are dirty, trash can full manager went and checked the surroundings complaint to the other two employees as she can’t do it all which having customers I am one that am against that you have an issue do it when there is no customers as it degrades the service and how you as what I think is the manager are responsible for. More when you only have two on shift. BTW bathroom weren’t that clean either and there was no paper towel.

Went inside to pick up order. Busy Saturday morning there. NOT one worker was smiling, in fact they all looked upset and on edge. Then whipping through the area is Jennifer the manager barking orders, demeaning the workers and being absolutely rude to them. She was rude and horrible to them saying the most awful words. The one young worker was told you’re the reason we’re behind, I told her she didn’t need to be treated that way. Another guy was told get out of the way you can’t do anything right. These are young people probably in their first job, what a horrible experience. I spoke with Jennifer she laughed and said thank you. Jennifer should not work in retail or even with people. And it wasn’t just a bad day, the lady at the register said she is always like that upon me asking her about this. Stick up for our young people, and speak out about those who do a disservice to our society. I wonder if she would like her own child to be treated that way?

At 12:15pm on November 4th, there was an extremely rude employee at the window who gave us the wrong food, and when we let her know she said “oh well, get in line again and order the right food” and closed the window on us. We spent 25 dollars and didn’t get anything we wanted. The worker was a white woman with a black shirt, tattoos, and appeared to be a shift supervisor.

Waited for over 15min while 2 people were working at what seemed like snail pace. Two people came through the drive through and their order was taken first. I was never acknowledged at the counter inside or anything. When I went inside there was no one in the drive through so they took those people first. After I arrived.
