I went to drive thru asking for 5 hot chocolate’s I first asked for one moment wasn’t even 5 seconds I was looking thru the menu and then 3 different voices starts rushing me I specifically asked them again give me one moment why are they rushing me then they say they are on a timer and that I need to hurry up I said I asked for one moment and then she states that they are not serving me

When is this store gonna shut down?! This place never has good service, the food is ALWAYS stale and that's if they even have the food. Every single employee anyone has came in contact with has the worst attitude. I have never heard a good thing about this place and have never had a great experience. I literally go 5 miles out of my way to get from the Dunkin on Babcock and I literally live behind this one on Palm Bay. Close the doors to this place. It has literally no hope.

Honestly, never had a good experience here but it's never been bad enough to warrant a review until now. The service has always been terrible, staff is rude and just god awful. Food is barely tolerable and the coffee is hit or miss on if your order is right. Ask around, there's not a single person you will find that will have something nice to say about this location.We pulled up to the drive thru for coffee, the woman said "Okay, what do you want?" Rude but we ignored it and just said "Just a second please."We were getting our order together and was at the speaker for BARELY 30 seconds when the woman started raising her voice saying "Can I help you with the menu? I'm on a timer so you need to hurry up." We started trying to place our order but she cut us off and said even louder, "I'm on a timer so let's go". Honestly, just said never mind, have a good day and left.

Couldn't order anything at drive thru because apparently truck just came and everything is frozen.Wanted a grilled cheese, sour dough frozen, so said could have on bagel.Asked for sausage, egg, cheese muffin. Sausage frozen, can have bacon instead.I know server tried by offering substitutions, but I couldn't get what I wanted so left.

They are inconsistent in making coffee. When i order an iced latte, i dont want to stir a cup of iced milk with coffee on top in my car. They need to stick to donuts.

The woman that's with my order. Had a major attitude, she didn't even let me finish my order. I had to go inside because she took my order wrong and didn't even give me a total or my receipt. When I went inside there was no one that looked like they wanted to help or even be there. I'd avoid this location.

I entered the store for a cup of coffee and found one person in line ahead of me....and two workers behind the counter. After 10 minutes, the person in front of me FINALLY got waited on. After another 5 minutes, I'm still waiting to get called. I left the store empty handed. The WORST customer service i have EVER seen. Dont waste your time going here.

After waiting for a good amount of time at the drive through a sweet young lady finally took my order. The only thing is, my order was completely wrong. I ordered two caramel macchiatos exactly the same and i received something that wasn’t a macchiato with mocha in it, and the other drink was not a macchiato either, and it doesn’t taste like it has caramel. We left because i was running late for work anyway, but when i opened the bacon egg and cheese everything bagel i ordered, it only had cream cheese. Legit dunkin was the start of my day and the ladies on schedule made it impossible to enjoy my breakfast. I don’t know if it’s them not knowing how to make a macchiato or what, but do a better job management. don’t schedule only two people who don’t know what they’re doing

Awful.The donuts were good but she probably dropped them on the floor.The lady at the window felt bad but she looked scared to say anything.The women who made my donuts had a whole attitude. Didn’t want to let me pick the donuts in the mix. Rolled her eyes. I said thank you, I’m sorry: she glared at me. Wouldn’t say a word. Threw the box on the counter where the lady at the window picked them up and handed them to me.I will never return to this establishment. I’d rather drive to 192.Yall should be ashamed.
