Overall pick up was easy. I ordered 3 boxes of a dozen donuts and 2 boxes of half dozen through the app. I took time on the app for each box to be custom. But when I got them they were all the same kind in several of the boxes. The donuts were going to different departments at work. Wish they would have taken the order as requested. Otherwise why even have the app let you choose what donuts you want. Other than that nice at the counter and very quick.

my mother went in to a get a drink that she usually gets at EVERY dunkin she goes to. she asked one young lady at the front if they could make the drink and she said yes. then charged her around $4 for the drink and didn’t fill up the cup. when my mother asked for her money back, she walked away and ignored her. my mother had to call someone ELSE to the front to get her refund. not only that the staff still tried to argue with her about giving her, her REFUND. this is disgusting as a dunkin’ donuts employee. this staff needs to be trained better.
Was at the Drive-through this Morning was outing in my order I change one of my coffees to and ice coffee instead of hot the lady taking my order was so rude and disrespectful when she kept asking what was that what you say so some one else came to the speaker and said if you don’t know what you want pull back around with laughter in the background from both of them so rude and unprofessional is all I can say

This has been our location when we want Dunkin’ but the last times we have been there is not been well kept. There is dirt everywhere sticky floors. Today the service attendant wasn’t any help as we were trying to look at the menu board that has what we generally look for which was not operational. Guess we will move on to another location
This location can't seem to remember put a straw in the bag when I have my coffee delivered, however, the coffee is still good and the apple fritters are superb.
This is the second time in a row I have come to this location and have been blatantly ignored. All of the employees were gathered near drive thru window socializing. am a walk in (currently still here due to meeting) I made I contact with an employee and they turned their head and kept socializing. I will not be purchasing anything from this store ever again
