Everytime I come here there’s a problem #1. #1 I literally get dunking all day while working and I order snackin bacon but without the maple seasoning. (can’t have it) and this place was so rude about saying they refuse to edit. Honestly I didn’t even know it was an “edit” because I’ve always ordered this at every location in Palm Bay other than here. In fact DUNKIN is the one who told me I could do when they were promoting it and I said I don’t do maple. I go here every single weekend because it’s the closest when I’m home but I’ll never go here again and I’ll make the drive to the one on Babcock ( literally any of them are better than here ) . After the looking at the other reviews it just solidifies the fact this place is poorly ran and has terrible customers service.
Dietary restrictions: They do not edit the menu for any needs. As I requested and they so rudely stated they refuse to serve any edit. I asked for bacon without maple ( as I do at every other location) and was denied instantly without hesitation.

This place is god awful. Their coffee sucks. Told us we couldn't take the bacon off my sandwich for the meal deal. Come on, really? You can't just NOT put the freaking piece of meat on the egg and cheese bagel?! Not only that, but recently they gave my boyfriend an egg and cheese bagel with ONLY CHEESE. It was missing the egg and meat! I had to call to cuss out the little girls that work there. They deserve ZEROOOOO stars.
Just wanted to share that I’m very excited to now have a Starbucks near me! The staff was very helpful. And suggested added sweetener to my matcha I just truly appreciate Andrew for being so kind and very helpful! Great staff, Great service!

Rude rude rude customer service. They always mess something up and tell me to go back in the long ahh line like maybe fix?? my problem at the window??? it makes no sense how they send you to the back of the line for things they can fix them and there. They've given me spoiled milk in my hot tea before, they've forgotten parts of my order, and overall been a bigger inconvenience than needed. im done going here for their lack of customer service as well, never greeting me never apologizing. Malabar location is 10x better, they are so nice and willing to help you with anything. go there instead.

I can’t believe I got a box of Joe and they did not give me creamer or cups. They said it’s not their policy to give out anything other than the box of Joe. The guy was rude. My husband went inside to see if he can get some creamers at least but the young guy there said the same thing. My husband asked for a manager and the young kid said, “we don’t have a manager.” ? He then continues to say, “ oh if you have gotten that in the morning that’s different. They do things differently in the morning.” ??♀️ I can’t

If I could give service 10 stars I would! Gabby’s customer service skills should be show as an example to ALL Dunkin employees and THIS Dunkin should be the example to ALL Dunkin’s! Two reasons I go to Starbucks over Dunkin 1-9 out of 10 times Starbucks employees appear to be a little more pleasant. 2- for whatever reason Dunkin always seems to be out something, normally cold foam (my favorite). Today, This specific Dunkin has stollen me! Gabby was so awesome with helping me get the free two weeks of coffee for being a new rewards member (the app was being difficult) and she made sure to let me know that the special stops on 9/25 and so I may not get my full two weeks as a result of the program stopping. She did not need to go above and beyond so I could enjoy my FREE coffee and yummy purchased donut. She didn’t need to go above and beyond to inform me that my weeks may possibly be cut off a couple days early, and she definitely did not need to go above and beyond by making me the best coffee I’ve had in weeks while fussing with the app. I have to say that lately I’ve been leaving Starbucks feeling disappointed with no so yummy coffee and not so pleasant customer service! If this Dunkin and Gobby are a sign of what Dunkin is now offering I may have to start skipping the Starbucks line to hit the Dunkin line! Awesome job Gabby, you represented your company well today! <3 a fellow Customer Service employee!

The food was not made correctly my bacon cheese sandwich was still cold and my drink had no cream or sugar in it after I asked for sugar. The staff is very gross mannered would not reccomend.

To start off. I went to Dunkin around 11am and ordered a turkey sausage and cheese on an everything bagel. Please keep in mind I can’t eat pork. I open up my turkey sausage and cheese just to see bacon in my egg?? Never in all the years that I’ve gone to Dunkin have they ever stuck pieces of bacon on the egg.. It’s extremely disappointing and if you like hair in your food I highly recommend this location. Absolutely disgusting?I just wasted $15 to get hair in my food? Do better!

I arrived here 2:45pm 8/9/24 with my daughter that wanted strawberry sprinkles. They have strawberry frosted and vanilla sprinkles. I asked if they could possibly put strawberry frosting on the frosted strawberry donut and just add sprinkles for my daughter they told me no and that their donuts come pre-frosted in the morning. Unless they changed things and don't have a baker any longer This makes no sense as they could just use a knife throw strawberry frosting on it really quickly and sprinkle some sprinkles on top.
I also watched the red-headed man that had hair hanging over the top of his hat prepare food with one glove and then bring it to the service window not wash his hands and go back and make more food and still put one glove on his right hand. I also watched him go back and forth grabbing donuts with a glove on and still yet to wash his hands that is disgusting. I also watched the other man that took my order which also has yet to wash his hands handle trash and then go back to making customer drinks. Absolutely gross.
There's a pink beverage next to the drive-thru tea container that is a OSHA violation and every member here should know this should be placed in the refrigerator not on the line This is definitely a employee drink not a customer.
I am so displeased with how this store has turned out. So either the donuts come already prepared and they don't have frosting or sprinkles on a premises or this young man is lying to my face and is too lazy to go and do what would take a matter of less than 2 minutes.
There's also a caution wet floor sign just hanging on the floor that my daughter almost fell over That's just left unattended flat on the floor. Y'all need to get your act together. Where is the manager supervising this nonsense.
