This Dunkin’ Donuts does not make any sense they rob you blind. When you go inside the manager tells the workers that’s an up charge for everything. If you order the same drink you order inside order it online it’s almost 3 dollars cheaper. Make it make sense.

2.99 for a large black coffee and the cup had a hole in it! Spilled it all over myself had to pour it out

My experience wasn’t overall horrible but I ordered one vanilla cream doughnut and it had no cream in it. this location doesn’t carry Bismarck so when vanilla cream is the only doughnut that has vanilla cream inside it, it’s unfortunate when there’s not even cream

I ordered avocado toast and medium latte, employee girl scanned my app, I confirmed with her I had a free latte reward and when I checked my banking account later a day it showed I paid for everything!!!! I don’t have that reward anymore and still payed for latte that should have been free!! It would be wonderful if employees would know what they doing….Maybe I should stick with Starbucks, they seem to know and appreciate costumers there!!

This complaint in google review is only just the beginning, if nothing changes. Next I’ll be calling corporate as well as OSHA and filing a formal complaint. For a business to have a PUBLIC restroom but keeps it under lock and key (not even the employees have access to it) even paying customers have to go next door to the gas station because the management has the ONLY key.

I live in Bayside and unfortunately I continually have bad experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts. I'm not want to leave reviews but I can't take this anymore.The last time I was there, I received a chicken and bacon croissant that was hard as a rock. I returned it from my cash back. This morning I visited this Dunkin' Donuts again, I received a chocolate frosted upside down in the bag. The majority of the chocolate ended up on the bag. The Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant I ordered, the top half of the croissant was practically in pieces. I asked to have it remade.The lady asked me to pull up and wait after while I went inside after noticing the chocolate frosted that I asked for had sprinkles. I decided to wait for the croissant inside. I watched the young man making the food pull up his pants at least 10 times while handling all the food. This was disgusting to me. Why not just wear a belt? All the places he sat down, to watch him, continually pull up his pants and handle food. I can't even eat the sandwich now that I'm home.Oh, one more thing, at least eight people behind the counter, and I didn't see one smile this morning, not one no exaggeration. I live in this area but I won't be visiting is Dunkin' Donuts anymore .

I come to this location 2-3 times per week for a dozen donuts, and always get 9 chocolate frosted and 3 glazed. I tip $3-7. Today, with full racks everywhere, the woman up front tells me I can’t have what I want. “We have to leave donuts for the rest of the customers”I’m looking at 15+ of the donuts I requested 6 of and that’s not allowed.I pick a secondary, she tells me I can only have 2. Again, im looking at 12+.This happens again on a third choice.I bit my tongue and refrained from cussing her out in front of your full lobby and young employees, but this location has 100% lost my business. Pathetic excuse for customer service. I never leave reviews, but im absolutely mind blown right now.It’s not that serious. Im a paying customer, and you have the item I wanted. But you’d rather risk selling them throughout the day or throwing them away.Pathetic.
